Breakfast and set up needs improvement. The wait to make waffles, the tiny cups for coffee/ juice etc.

Had a good stay

We stayed in a few hotels over the years but unfortunately our stay here was pretty rough.I didn’t want to be a negative! So I just complained about my main issue that wasn’t resolved! We stayed 3 nights! 2 adults, 2 teens,6 yr old, a toddler and a baby! When we got there our room was pretty cold I didn’t complain.The room looked great! We tried to Google it and adjust the temperature but just couldn’t get it to heat up. I didn’t say anything as it was late. The next morning we all got up freezing. To learn that our shower had 0 pressure as it was pouring out of the bath tub faucet and barely the shower head. We managed to all shower and we noticed the bathroom kept getting ants!bugs Went for breakfast and it was great! Awesome choices didn’t feel rushed. Right on! Pool went well small but cute! Towels were stalked no complaints.- the change table was full of mold. Night 2 it was still freezing at this point I should have said something but again we returned late But that morning we showered no pressure and NO hot water now! At this point I made my way to the front and said okay two days of this! Maintenance man came and the heat kicked in and he told us the boiler was broken and it is now fixed (hot water)I explained about the shower and he told me that he can’t fix it until we check out which would be after another night! That doesn’t help us The last night the heat kicked out again I woke up to my baby ice cold screaming! Beds were clean and comfortable tho

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Not much to do around that’s walking distance but it was still nice!

People were partying a few doors down and were making noise all through the night. The hallways smelled and the pool area was old

Great property with spacious rooms, excellent amenities, great breakfast options. Bright and clean building. Would highly recommend to anyone staying overnight for business or leisure. Numerous food options within reasonable distance.

PROS: Very large & spacious rooms! The Rooms were even better than the pictures show online. The shower option is much preferred to the tub. The rooms are best we have ever stayed at! CONS: The BFast was horrendous and completely unedible! The potatoes, saussge, & eggs sat in the burners ALL morning until they were completely burnt and dried oou to nauseas dry! Hint: drop the heat, or bring some out at a time to keep it fresh! Milk was sour spoiled. Staff was pushely in the AM. We fid a very late check in,cso asked for a 12 noon checkout. Night staff agreed. But the AM staff started pounding on the door at 11:01! We started getting calls tobthe room at about 11:05! Just very pushy. The rooms were nice enough to offset the Cons!
