The property was well maintained. The room was very clean. Staff were excellent.

Generally a great place,the rooms were comfortable and spacious, 4 of us sharing a double room and we did not feel cramped, breakfast is cramped however so be prepared to wait for a seat and depending on your timing food as well, it was buffet style and if busy runs out quick.

The hotel was about a 25 minute walk to the falls, so we ended up using the We Go bus to get to the falls attractions. The hotel is very convenient and walkable to Clifton Hills which was nice for going out in the evening. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but extremely busy to the point that many people could not get a seat and they were running out of food. It was clear that the staff had trouble keeping up with the volume of people at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again though!

The hotel nice, but the area is extremely loud and touristy. Parking is expensive everywhere. Also the pool heater wasn’t working when we were there so my kids couldnt stay in more than a couple of minutes. Breakfast was good.

Terrible experience, I would not recommend anyone to go this hotel if you are looking for restful night of sleep at hotel during your travel. After days of conference, I was very tired. I asked to have a quiet room at check in and if any room upgrade available as I’m a gold elite member. The lady who helped said that they are fully booked. At the same time the website is still showing available booking for king size room. I was checked in a room by the elevator after I specifically asking for a quiet room. The room is not sound proof at all, I could hear anyone who go in and out or up and down of the elevator. There were also kids running around the 4th floor non stop, screaming, shouting and bang on doors. I called downstairs and the hotel didn’t do anything for us. The air conditioner is extremely loud. Overall a very unpleasant experience and stay. I barely slept the last couple days at this hotel. This is not Marriott standard that I’m used to. Would not recommend.

Rooms are smaller than expected. But friendly staff at front desk and during breakfast. Unfortunately room service wasn’t good. Had to call the next day evening to get room service as no one had stopped by and there wasn't DND sign on the door.

Excellent hotel, location, breakfast, parking facility, and especially very friendly/polite staff. If we ever end up going back to the Niagara Falls, we will definitely go back to that hotel. The only issue we had was with the room's thermostat, which was not working well and so it kept either constantly blowing cold air or hot air, because it could not read well the current temperature.

The room was small and dated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets were coming off all the time. The pool was not working. The pancake machine wasn’t working.
