It was less than 5 minutes walk from airport hall way directly into lobby Super great location ! We had an emergency past midnight layover due to flight delay/ cancellation so we booked the room very last minute. The front desk agent greeted us warmly with empathy and made us feel so much better after a long trip. Room was so comfortable and clean. Very cool view to see the runway too in the morning! Room was big and grea amenities!

We were put in a room that had an adjoining door. We got there fr9m our flught at 1:30am and all were very tired. The person next to us was playing very loud music. I had to bang on the door for it t quiet down. Are the rooms not very sound-proof?

This was a beautiful hotel right in the terminal of the airport. The staff was very helpful, and they were able to get us in our room a little earlier than regular time. They held our bags for us until the room was ready, so we were able to walk around.
We had a 6:00 AM flight and I would highly recommend staying at this location to anyone flying from the Vancouver airport with an early departure time. The airline check-in is right below the lobby.
