Clean and safe hotel. Located very close to the the city center. Walkable to all the attractions. Only little bit of minus point is that there is no drinking water available after 1130 in the night. So you better have water available in the room.

The property is in a wonderful location fro exploring and enjoying Old Quebec, The room was larger than expected and had been recently renovated. The staff was excellent. The included breakfast was acceptable at best. Would definately stay here again.

Excellent location. Very close to restaurants, tourist information centre, Governor’s Promenade, Hotel Chateau Frontenac, Hop-on Hop-off tour bus and other bus tours. Hotel room was very clean and spacious with spacious shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful and stored our luggage before and after checkout. Hotel was modern and had elevator. Buffet breakfast was good and was economical at $15 per person. Was sorry we did not bring swimsuits for the jacuzzi hot tub as it would have been great after all day walking and sightseeing! The rooftop terrace was nice although it could use a little TLC. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel. Great communication when i asked to change our room on the morning we were due to arrive, all sorted quickly. Our cistern was noisy on the first night but that got sirted quickly too.

This hotel was just lovely. Very clean, quiet rooms and handy to everything. The staff were very helpful. Has a fabulous guest lounge for any time use. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was perfect for our first visit to Quebec City. It's just a park away from the Hotel Frontenac's Boardwalk, a block away from many restaurants and 2 blocks from the main tourist area. The property was well maintained and the staff was helpful--although definitely overwhelmed with the cruise passengers coming in!

The location of the hotel was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere in the UNESCO site. It was great to return to a warm welcome from staff, a clean room, & areas to congregate in with our family members.

The staff were all very helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants were perfect. We enjoyed our stay although the breakfast left a little to be desired. The location for those that want to visit old Quebec was excellent
