Love staying here as the halfway point between Ottawa and Moncton. Le Boreal (restaurant) is amazing. Including very fair prices for the quality. My only issue was the huge amount of unchaperoned kids. In the pool rendering it useless and up and down the hallway shouting. That’s more on the parents than the hotel, but advertising a water slide in the pool, that’s what you’re going to get. Accomodating for our dog. Walkout room. $35 for the dog extra, unless service animal. All in all a good stay. Oh and room service was quick and very professional.

Place was very clean. Stayed 2 different nights so had different rooms. First night the heater,cooling unit was really malfunctioning and kept blowing hot air even if you switched temp. Second stay the heating,cooling worked great. Overall i would still say its a great hotel.

Was spontaneously travelling with my dog. Stopped in rivière du loup randomly and was pleasantly surprised. They have a whole section of rooms for pets with patio access. So we were able to let the dog in and out of our room without having to trek through the hotel. First night we were in the old part of the hotel my only complaint was the toilet was wedged between a wall and the bath tub was a little tight on space. Second night we were in the new part and absolutely no complaints. Hotel was hosting a few groups both nights we were there. Was super cute to see a group of women playing games in one of the common areas and other groups engaged with activities around the hotel. Had a very community feel to it.

When we arrived the entrance to yhe parking lot was closed off for a high school graduation. No warning, no sign. Only access was from the rear of the property. No sign or directions.

J’ai choisi vue sur la piscine et c’était une grosse erreur. Malgré que l’école n’était pas fini encore, il y avait beaucoup beaucoup de monde et c’était très très bruyant et ça aurait été désagréable aller se baigner. Même dans les couloirs beaucoup d’enfants courraient. Sûrement plus tranquille dans une autre aile. Mais oubliez une baignade tranquille

The hotel is quite nice, and I'd return. However, it's hard to believe that of all the places I've stayed (motels, hotels, Airbnbs in various countries), it was here (in a renown 4 * hotel) that I harshly struck my head on a surprisingly low, unregulated ceiling (I am 6ft2) . The impact was severe—I ended up with a bump and a slight break in the skin that bled a bit, as well as a sore neck, all from a ceiling that shouldn't have been that low, from the gym to the elevator. Hopefully the hotel will correct that situation.

If you don't like the smell of Chlorine or screaming kids make sure you don't get a pool view room. Smell is overpowering and kids can be pretty shrill. Other than that the hotel has no problems. I did book a non pool view one but once we got to room discovered it was pool one and was too tired to go switch it and move stuff.

My stay had both highs and lows. The smart TV in my room wasn't functional, and though the hotel staff tried to assist, they couldn't resolve the issue. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and sofa, but its balcony faced the indoor pool, leading to a constant humid, chlorine-like smell. On the positive side, parking was convenient, and having a Tesla supercharger nearby was a great perk.
