The location was exceptional, 2 mins walk to Chateau Fairmont, there is a grocery store Cross Street and plenty of restaurants. The room is clean and spacious, we loved our stay!

We have stayed at this location several times previously all without issue. However, this time our check-in information was confirmed for one room, but this room was occupied???. We had traveled all day to find out that our room is not available. Fortunately, there is a shop owner Mohamad, onsite that was able to assist us. He called someone who issued a different room. Imagine if we were delayed and Mohamad was not there to assist us? Very shocking given our previous exceptional experiences. The new management team/system seems very disorganized. The location, room quality, etc etc all remain amazing but if Mohamad hadn't step in to solve our problem we likely would not be returning. All good again though!

This is a historic building in a great location in Old Quebec. Our main floor room was pretty small with limited space for luggage, but it had a closet and desk with drawers and a small kitchenette and an AMAZING shower. No street parking right by the building and construction across the street currently limits options for unloading luggage. But the cafe in the building will hold luggage for a small fee, so you can arrive anytime and start exploring the city immediately. I would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay, we were there for our 40th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint, it had the old Quebec charm but it was also modern. Awesome stay ♥️

Great location in Québec City. Its close to everything. Parked my car in SPAQ parking garage across the street, left it there and walked everywhere. There is construction on the building across the street but it doesnt interfere with hotel.
The bed is very comfortable and the room is lovely. There was a nescafe coffee
machine bring more pods if staying longer than 1 night or just walk for coffee in am.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY WALKABLE. UPDATED LIVING SPACE. BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE THOUGH WITH AGING MATTRESS DUE FOR REFRESH. BATHROOM SMALL BUT BEAUTIFULLY REMODELLED. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

The room was very nice and spacious. We had some issues with the air conditioning not working but it was cold that weekend so it was okay. The couch bed was also uncomfortable but again we got some help and we're given a mattress topper which made it better. Overall a great place to stay.

Called a head of time about parking my suv with a ski box. I’ve been to this area before and parking is almost impossible . They said there is no issue and provided three parking options. When I arrived all there could not accommodate a large suv I drove around for over an hour and found no parking so in the end had to purchase a room at the Hilton . The hotel took no responsibility for what they told me and no refund for either of the 2 nights I had booked. They could have at least gave back the 2nd night I’m giving it 1 because I was proactive to ensure I wouldn’t have this issue booking there and they provided misleading information and zero accountability was taken. I would never book with their company again .

The rooms and location are true highlights. Very comfortable and spacious guest rooms, located in the middle of Old Quebec, with easy access to everything.
The challenge we had was with check-in, resulting from the fact that there does't seem to be any on-site staff. We arrived early and was told our room wasn't ready, but someone would text us when it was ready. We never did receive a text. When we went back at the check-in time, our key was not inside of the self-service lock box. After calling and waiting on hold, someone eventually brought us a key, but it wasn't the correct key, and then we had trouble getting back in touch (no one was answering the phones) to rectify the issue. Eventually we found the person who provided us with the key and got things sorted, but it took a long time to figure out and it was difficult to get support when we needed it.
