The staff was really nice and provided us several recommendations for our trip since it was our first visit in Toronto. I would highly recommend the apartment which is situated between Chinatown and Little Italy with an incredible view on the CN Tower.

The pictures are deceiving, the room was not clean. Greasy handprints on walls. We wondered why there were so many air fresheners around such a small place and soon discovered when the plug from the kitchen sink was removed it waffed the room with a sewer smell. There were no facecloths, four towels for five nights, the microwave didn’t work. The drawer under the bed was broken and the bed sank on the left side. The room was tiny and the chairs for the small table were unsafe to sit on. I found cigarette butts in bathroom closet as well as a replacement needle for a syringe. We did feel safe there and we were within walking distance of China town. The room cost us $130 a night. We were also charged a cleaning fee on top of our room rate for $50.

The purpose of my trip was to help a family member move, so it wasn't to do cool things. That being said, the Kensington Market area of Toronto is just wonderful and 335 College is just at the corner of College and Augusta, the gateway to Kensington Market. 335 is a mixed use building. The first two or three floors are like an air. B and B, and the upper floors are apartments. My room was small. I was alone, and it was just fine for one person, but could be tight for even a couple. I would not recommend this accommodation for a family. The room had a comfortable bed with great pillows. It had a pull out couch, but there was no room to pull it out. It was used as a chair. There was a fully operational kitchen. I would recommend bringing some staples, coffee, salt,sugar... so you don't have to invest your hard earned dollars in the basics. The bathroom had a great shower. My room had a balcony which would be grand in the summer, but a bit chilly in winter. Sam's convenience store is next door, and a grocery down the street. The building is well situated for public transit. The 206 streetcar stops on the corner of Augusta and College. It is actually a bus. The 210 streetcar is close by, and the tube is close, too. There is a Budget rental nearby, and parking is rather pricey and at a premium. There are pubs and coffee shops across the street. Down Augusta, there is a United Natiinsof restaurant, coffee houses, bars,...

Nice staff. Layout is nice with an upstairs. No privacy though with open floor plan throughout. Not ideal for two families or two couples hoping for private time. We have young kids, so we did not mind. However, if you have babies- the steep stairs to second bedroom would be huge hazard. Walls half painted different colors- disappointing as this was a family vacation. China Town very close. Market nearby very convenient. No parking except a ramp nearby for 17.00 per day. Bathroom needs a counter or shelving- very difficult to keep toothbrushes etc from falling onto floor from sink. No problem with wi fi ( we called ahead for code). Check out at 10 am was hard to accomplish with the family!! Needs to change to 11am!! Nice having the rooftop area- decent view. If you cannot afford to spend more on a place- this will do. The neighborhood can be difficult in early mornings with homeless persons solicitations. Just go in pairs instead of alone.

Living suits in located in an old building that was converted into tiny apartments. In fact, the place was not small, but a hole in the wall. We were promised beds for 3, instead we got a double bed with a very soft sofa that was small for me and my wife. My daughter had to sleep on a folding chair that had the first half higher than the second half that was much lower. Entrance door had a busted alarm that was making a horrible continuous noise. Place was not very clean or comfortable. Pictures were deceiving. We canceled our second night and for only 25$ more we rented a 3 bedroom townhouse on Queens street that had comfortable beds and nice amenities. If we take time, internet has many places in Toronto that offer excellent quality at a good price. Living suits is not one of them.

This condo is located in a great spot, right close to Kensington Market, and the entertainment district. Picking up keys is very easy and the reception is about 500 steps from the front door to the condo. Parking was easy peasy on the street right out front or $10 in the parkade a half block away. The condo itself is kept fairly clean, the bathroom needs a bit of a deep clean, baseboards and cracks are kind of yuck. A good paint job throughout the entire condo would make a huge difference and bring it from a 3.5 to a 5. Looks like someone tried but failed terribly on the paint factor. Towels and sheets for beds were extremely clean and smelled nice. No facecloths or hand towels were available. Beds were comfy, pull out sofa was a typical pull out sofa; lumpy and bumpy but clean. There is literally only one mirror in the whole place which is located in the bathroom, so if more than 2 people are trying to get ready, this poses a problem. A mirror in each bedroom area would be wonderful! Rooftop patio is super cool with a fabulous view of CN Tower. We would stay here again, and it’s well worth the price for 6 people to sleep comfortably.

The perks of this place and maybe the saving grace were the fact that it was well situated next to Kensington Market, and the bed was SUPER comfortable. The downside was no wifi, almost all plug ins are blocked so nothing can be plugged in, uncomfortable couch to sit on, no coffee supplied but for some reason they offer a coffee pot, and the bathroom is very dimly lit. Also very low water pressure in the shower. Overall good for a couple of nights stay max.

Really didn't like my stay here and expedia should reduce to low level motel. Don't stay here. The management sucks. They say check in is at 4. They didn't give me a key until 4:45. We looked like idiots standing in the middle of the streets with our luggage. There is no reception desk. No cleaning services. The internet sucks. This is a hostel. The remote had no batteries. Horrible place.

DISAPPOINTED... the room was OK, the TV did not work for the most part of our stay, problem with the service provider and in house cables! We like to watch it when going to bed or morning news but no can do.....we were surprised at the additional cleaning costs ! Read the fine print! We had friends that were much closer to the Rogers center with nice room at a cheaper price (savings of $150.00). We asked for the $35.00 cleaning charge to be waved as we had no TV viewing but never got a response back and it was already charged on our credit card before checkout. I will not be booking here in the futur, will get closer to downtown and better price with all services.
