Monte Carlo Inn Oakville Suites

I have stayed at Monte Carlo Inn every month since August 2024. Everything is as it should be, and it's the best deal in Oakville.

Easy access to High way that’s the good thing. Found the shower tap was controlled for the hot water usage. You will hear the highway vehicle movements that during the sleep, property to check the sound proof as it was annoying. Thanks.

Hotel tried to charge room deposit at 9am PRIOR to check in. When my CC company flagged it as suspicious the hotel threatened to cancel our reservations. Got that sorted out by providing ANOTHER card number. Was told breakfast was from 7 to 10am...but upon arrival to the breakfast room at 9:02am, they were out of 80% off what they serve. We were told flat out that there is no more. Terrible service. Will NOT be returning. May even avoid ALL Monte Carlo Inns. Was told these issues wrre due to "hotel policy".

Not happy Restaurant is Still Closed

It was convenient to where I needed to be. It was clean, but the only complaint I had was the jacuzzi tub wasn't working properly and I had to call down to have them "flip the breaker switch" each time.

BEWARE before booking this hotel – horrible experience! My wife and I stayed at this hotel last weekend, traveling from Calgary to Toronto. We booked it through Expedia because the price seemed like a good deal—but trust me, it wasn’t worth it. Here’s what went wrong: 1. Suspicious activity: Someone knocked on our door around midnight. When we opened it, no one was there. It was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. 2. Missing belongings: We accidentally left behind an iPhone charger and a bottle of Grey Goose vodka (worth about $100 combined). When we returned the same evening to ask for our items, the front desk and even the manager claimed nothing was found. The housekeeper also denied seeing anything. Either they don’t care about guests’ belongings—or worse, things just “disappear” here. This experience was extremely disappointing. If you forget anything valuable, don’t expect to get it back. Think twice before booking this shady hotel. Sometimes a cheaper deal comes with a bigger cost. Avoid if you value peace of mind and basic honesty.
