Nice property, conveniently located, friendly staff.

Upon checking in I was told that I wouldn’t have been allowed a room because I had 2 kids with me. I apologized for not specifying that on the reservation. The lady that checked me in told me that we weren’t allowed to eat in our room because of my kids (aged 15 and 16), and they didn’t want to kids the make a mess of the new carpet that just been replaced. I was actually pretty shocked when she said that, because clearly my kids were standing with me, and she could see that they are not small children. She also stated to me that I wasn’t to leave them unattended anywhere in the hotel. It was undoubtedly the strangest check in interaction I’ve ever had. As well, we had to pay for the room in full at check in, when I clearly indicated that I would pay for it in full when we checked out. Aside from that, it worked for us and thankfully our stay wasn’t long. I don’t think I’d recommend this location in Lethbridge. There are likely better alternatives.

The staff and look of the rooms were nice. The pool was a hit for everyone. The down fall was the mattress to sleep on was so hard my sleep was horrible.

TV did not work all the time. ...a Rogers issue.

The staff were friendly. The room was old and worn. Torn fabric on chairs no end tables. Tiny bed we think was a double but we paid for a queen. No toiletries, just soap. No sound barrier could hear talking, every thump and step above you.

Absolutely horrible that this hotel is living under the "since covid" thing. How do you run out of fresh towels? How do you tell your customers to put a mattress on the floor for a better sleep? What the actual? Not enough hot breakfast? We were given a plate out of the microwave with a bit of potatoes and scrambled egg that was left over? I seriously demand a credit for this poor quality of stay and by credit I don't mean credit to stay there again! I am appauled! At almost $700 for a weekend, for this hotel? It should more be $300!

Give this one a pass. First and only time we will stay at a Quality Inn. Rooms are clean, but with dated furniture and old smell, cheap sheets and duvet (one bed had a decent duvet, other was polyester, hot and flimsy). “Deluxe” breakfast is mediocre at best with limited variety. Signs everywhere reminding you what you can’t do, and employees strictly enforcing. This is not the hotel for gatherings, team meets, or having any sort of fun. The conference room was double booked and we were given the lobby (also shushed at 7:30pm in our meeting). NO drinks, not even water in the pool area if you’re supervising your children on a hard, plastic bench. Our room was noisy. We heard people in the halls and the lobby doors opening and closing constantly. Our biggest issue was the chlorine rash both of our children received after using the pool. After making the front desk aware, I was told it is a known problem of too many chemicals being released when some people don’t shower first. We felt very uncomfortable for our entire stay. Rather than welcomed guests, we felt belittled and treated like children for doing basic things like visiting in the lobby or asking for towels. We have 2 well-behaved children and a dog, and we travel a lot. I will say this property was accommodating to our pet (which is why we stayed here in the first place), but it ended up being a huge disappointment to us, and others we travelled with.

I contacted rhem early morning of to let them know i had a sudden death of a friend and was unable to travel. I tried to reach out multiple times on the app and email to see if the could cancel without charge. I got no response Then a message saying no cancelling it was prepaid. It was not prepaid. They canceled my reservation and them unauthorized a charge for two nights on my credit card (after they said no it was prepaid) When i replied no it was not a prepay - they ended the chat and my ability to message or repsond
