No Microwave in room

Le service était bien. Seule bémole, pas tres bien insonorisé. Tu entends les gens marcher dans la chambre au dessus. Et dans les chambre a côté lorsqu'ils utilisent la salle de bain. Ma chambre etait propre.

C est écrit stationnement gratuit et me charge 10$ Beaucoup de bruit aucune isolation Lit inconfortable le lit bouge beaucoup et comme il n a pas bien installé fait beaucoup des bruits

The washroom was not good. When we checked in at 5PM the toilet flush was not working. Immediately reported and sent a person after second call. The person called a maintenance guy. We left around 5:30 to visit the church. After church services we reached the hotel at 10 PM and noted that the toilet flooded with water. Immediately called and reported. The manager come immediately and said he can change the room but the room will be furnished with two queen bed instead of King bed. I said fine and after some time he brought the key to move to the other room. Totally disappointed.

Everything was just right and We enjoyed Our Staying.for sure We will be back.

We didn’t have any hot water for the shower and this is unacceptable! We will not come back to the hotel and would NEVER recommend this to anyone! The breakfast was disappointing as well

Quiet

Bad hotels, bad services, renovation noise, dirty, bad smells all around, rooms floors are was not cleaned properly, noisy staff, Staff was looking in the room while we opened the doors, unclean elevator, very tight rooms, washrooms doors broken and water flooded all in the washroom floors, charging $10/night, key cards not working

Courteous, professional and friendly personnel

The staff is professional, the breakfast is a plus and organization is fair. The rooms or building is in desperate need of a major overhaul.

The door are not really wheelchair friendly. But the beds were comfortable.

New renos are very good.

The bathtub was slippery and easy to slip on. I saw someone standing with their pants down peeing at the foot of the stairs near the reception desk. The staff working at the check out desk made it difficult for me when I asked to print a receipt when I left. My friend parked her car in the parking lot next to the camera and paid for the car to be parked within the hotel's boundaries, but in the morning the car was gone. We reported it and called the police for help. When the police asked to check the camera, the hotel staff said the camera wasn't working. Imagine a large Ramada hotel in the middle of Montreal with all kinds of people coming and going every day, but the camera wasn't working, and they didn't know. What's more, because of this irresponsible situation, my roommate and I hurriedly went to the room to pack up and leave, but we accidentally dropped the key card in the lobby floor and didn't know. When we got to the door of our room, we suddenly realized that we had dropped the room key. While we were searching our jacket pockets, a cleaning lady rushed over and said, “Don’t worry, I’ll open it for you.” We were very grateful to that woman, but at the same time, I was worried and wondered why she did that. Why didn’t she ask for our name and room number, or rather, call the front desk or tell us to go to the front desk to report the lost key and reset it for a new one? So all in all, I don’t think this hotel is safe.

My stay was excellent. Staff was great!

I stayed 1 night at hotel on 3/28/25, my car got stolen in their parking lot overnight that i have $10 for a day parking. I reported the receptionist has no sympathy then called the police came didn't find my car. Hotel said they had camera, the police wants to see the camera, their camera did not working that time asking police to come back when the manager there. I walked at the stairs way saw the guy stand there peed. Please don't stay in this hotel. Its not safe and friendly responsible ppl working there. they don't responsible for my car got stolen which was i have paid for the parking. The gate didn't closed when we parked there ..... the hotel was smell from carpet at the hallways.
