Lovely property, and easy access to the village and golf course

Great place to stay.

A great girls getaway...everything was great. Couldn,t find how to turn on the fireplace. The only drawback...the 4:00 check-in was ridiculous. It was off season and I believe no one was in the unit the day before.

Great location and venue and such a well maintained spot. Really appreciated this lovely spot. I absolutely would book this location again, super close to the village.

The property has nice appliances but other items are in need of updates (furniture, carpeting). The property is supposedly deep cleaned but this is not the case. The thick layer of dust on the bedroom backboard, hair in the bottom kitchen cupboards, and crumbs on the floor indicate that the property has not been deep cleaned and is not properly maintained. That is unacceptable and the main reason I would likely not book again at the property.

Plus: pool, quiet, not too crouded. Minus: Older apartments, AC broke during our stay, door lock/unlock keypad was finicky, further away from the village.

Very clean property within walking distance of the village. The property showed some wear and tear with water staining and paint blistering likely from past leaks or fans not being run after showers. 10am checkout time rushes the day of checkout, would be nice if it was 11am. Otherwise it was well stocked with cleaning supplies, extra sheets and linens.

This was a great place for our family with young kids. Some of the furniture was worn, but everything was clean and the pool was lovely.

Close to everything

Bathroom floor was covered in long dark hair & master bedroom pillow was dirty. Also not impressed that the unit had a Keurig coffee machine but even 1 coffee pod there. A hotel room would at least have coffee /coffee pods available…..why bother providing a coffee machine then even provide at least 4 pods…..very cheap. Cutlery & dishes cleanliness was also questionable. Unit above us was also very noisy stomping around. Unit is definitely not sound proof.

Very good close to the village

Walking distance to the blue mountain slope and restaurants. The chalet was clean with hardwood floors. The bathrooms had towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Very cozy and warm considering the rainy weather in May.

Stayed there with my family of 4 and honestly it was spacious and wonderful. The house was clean and fully stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub which was clean and hot right outside our place. Walking distance to the village. They had a shuttle if you didn’t want to walk the 3-5 mins. The shuttle takes you anywhere within the blue mountains area. I was there for my daughter dance comp and we had to go to the inn which would be a 10min walk and we took the shuttle cause it was raining and it was great. I would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I loved it so much we will be bring our girls back in the summer .

The property was clean and the surrounding area was nice. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the village (walkable distance). What ruined the whole experience for us was the lack of proper sound isolation between the floors that allowed the excessive noise from the party in the upper unit come in and not let us sleep until 4 AM. There was loud music, shouting, stomping, etc. Upon officially complaining to the administration team, they were not supportive or responsive. would not be staying at these properties again and would not recommend to others who are looking for a peaceful stay.

This property was not very clean when we arrived. I’m not even sure if they hired a cleaner before we got there? There was an open, empty beer can sitting on the kitchen counter, and the floors were dirty, as well as the walls. I’ve also never had to take my own garbage out after a stay. You would think for the price we paid, that the cleaning service would be better. We also asked if we could stay parked in the parking space for a couple extra hours as we were there for a competitive sport and would not be leaving until 2 hours after check out. This request was denied which baffled me as the property was not just, and the parking lot was empty. Also, the new day check in wasn’t until 4pm. We loved the location and will definitely stay in the river grass condos again but will not hook through Vacasa. Next year we will book directly with Blue Mountain as we did last year.

Shovel was broken. Had 2 days of snowstorm. Couldn’t keep the entrance tidy

Would recommend for a weekend getaway to anyone - family, friends etc. Kitchen and bedrooms are very well equipped. 👍
