It was a good property my new favorite hotel. Some renos could be done. Expensive drinks on thd patio but well worth it for the view. Staff is wondeful quite not the hustle and bussel of downtown.

Had a great time at this new modern hotel, staff were welcoming and helpful. Over four days, the only disappointment was the included breakfast, long waits for tables and service and kept running out of juice, condiments and sausages.

One of the better value hotels in Vancouver City. The hotel is close to the ferries that take you across to Granville Island which is well worth a visit.

Our stay at this hotel was fine, but underwhelming. The room was a little rundown, not quite as nice as the pictures make it look. We had a hard time getting into the rooftop bar as it was very busy. The location is a bit noisy with traffic and the bridge nearby. We also didn’t receive standard cleaning service one day. Someone had come into our room, thrown our hung up towels on the floor, and never came back. No beds made, no garbages changed, just threw our towels down and left. We then received some rude service regarding this when we were trying to get new, clean towels. Overall, a bit disappointing.

Significant road noise from highway all throughout night. Dated rooms, not very comfortable bed (thin, worn mattress). Somewhat difficult to access .
Didn't check out 'rooftop' lounge on 9th floor but seems to be the highlight of the property.

The rooms, including the bathroom, are beautifully appointed with up-to-date decor, good lighting, USB plugs on the bedside table and comfortable beds. There were tons of TV channels, a coffee maker and refrigerator. There was construction going on in the adjacent street, but my room was quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. There was a 7/11 a block away for late-night snack and toiletry items, but not much else open close by in the evening. I only had a one-night stay and didn’t try the restaurant or room service. The hotel is a short walk to the ferry to access Granville Island. I appreciated that the hotel was single-female-traveler friendly, in that at check-in, my room number was not announced out loud but rather indicated on the key envelope. I would stay again.
