Good basic accommodation. No frills. Has a microwave but no cups and plates.

Great location, free laundry, friendly and helpful stuff. However, it's a student accommodation so rooms weren't too clean nor the bed were comfortable.

Our check-in time was confirmed for anytime after 4 PM, and we arrived at approximately 7:45 PM. We checked in & proceeded to our assigned room. The key did not work, so the front desk clerk to reprogrammed it. She then accompanied me back to ensure access. Once inside, we immediately noticed the room had not been cleaned since its last use—the beds remained unmade. The clerk asked us to wait while she investigated the issue. After 15 minutes of waiting in the hallway, I returned to the front desk, where I was informed that the cleaning company could not be reached and there was no estimate on when the room would be prepared. I was told that there were no other available rooms, meaning we would have to potentially wait several hours before check-in. We were advised to store our bags in a secure location and either wait in the lounge or go out for dinner. After the long drive, we were exhausted & wanted to settle in. We decided to go eat and returned around 10 PM, and were offered a different room. While attempting to settle in, we noticed one of the beds contained sand between the sheets. We were too tired to address the issue further. Upon our return home, I emailed the property, but they have not even acknowledged my concerns. This whole ordeal was unacceptable and disappointing.

Location to downtown

It was definitely a double dorm room but it had all the necessities, and the table and chairs were more useful than what a regular hotel room has. The large fridge was appreciated, too. One elevator just happened to be out of order when we were there, but it wasn't a high traffic location.

Overall a very nice property and very affordable. The mattress should be more firm but overall everything was great.

Great area and nice to stay on a campus. Staff need training, room was very hot and super basic.

Nice place for non married couple to share a space but sleep in seperate bedrooms.

Would have preferred if the total stay amount included parking as well.

I thought it was clean and great for a budget short stay. Students wkg front desk friend It was impossible to reach them prior to my stay on numerous attempts or during my stay. The phone is not answered. They need to work on this asap.

Wish there were some basic in the kitchen. Mugs/glasses, cutleries, etc.

The location was walking distance to downtown or the train station. The staff were professional and accommodating. The room is ok for short stay. It was clean. The bathroom sink could use come silicone glue to seal the countertop but I liked my stay beside that sink situation.

The location is so convenient, walkable distance to most attractions. It’s inside the university area, so the neighbourhood feels safe
