This is beautiful location. A room with direct view of the Falls and a nice restaurant that one needs to drive to. The room is badly dated with creaky floors and a radiator that stays very hot no matter what. It made a persistent clanking noise when trying to adjust it. Bathroom is minimalist and sink doesn’t have a plug allowing water collection. There’s no wifi but ample parking.

Good stop off point on our way south. Nice hiking trail and views of the smaller waterfall. Room and property a bit "tired", but at least comfortable beds, hot water and a good buffet breakfast. Slightly overpriced imo.

Although the condition of the hotel rooms is not very good as others mentioned, we still had a great time there. The view from the window is very unique and rememberable. The trail is our favourite which you can see many animals and different trees and another waterfall. The breakfast buffet is very good with many choices. We'll come back in future.

I loved the place, it was very 80's and some improvement could be done. For some reason, during the night, the room got cold and that was the negative point. If you don't like white noise (waterfalls close to the hotel), avoid this hotel. I like it and was no problem, but for sensitive ears, you should avoid it. Breakfast to the room was great and restarurant food was good but somehow expensive.

Desk lady showed a different room (with twin beds) than the one I reserved (big beds) I argued with her and had to show the pictures in my reserve. I talked with the administrator who finally offered me a room with a full bed. Room was cold, apparently the central heating wasn't working so they gave me an electric stove that barely increased temperature one degree but I was tired so let them pass. The portion of fillet was very small. I went to bed still hungry. Room service closed early. The room was clean, I found a big spider living between shower curtains. The view is nice. Kind personnel in general.

It's a relatively old place, the view is awesome but i didn't realize that the noise could be annoying at night when sleep. The sound comes thru windows. Temperature of the room can not be controlled and mosquitoes could enter the room. I ordered dinner and it was fine 35 minutes late, beef was warm. Accesses to get to the room and hall are not in good shape. Other than that, the place is ok.

Este es un hotel ubicado en un lugar muy lindo con vista extraordinaria, pero….. tiene una necesidad urgente de mantenimiento y modernización en sus instalaciones como una mayor preocupación por los jardines y caminos. Me da la impresión que los propietarios están descuidando esta maravilla
