during check we tell them that we are 3 person booking for 3 person and paid for 3 person and have 3 breakfast but they refused to prepare for 3 only 2. after long conversation they agreed to prep room for 3 but after we entered the room, it's only for 2 ! so we go down again and have conversation again..and there's a mam who wise enough to understand and prep our room for 3

I have paid 1 room for 2 persons including breakfast, but while staying there, why the receptionist charged me CNY 28 every single day for breakfast?

The hotel staff is friendly, but can't speak English, the receptionist is communicative. The place is quite clean, there is no mineral water in the room.

The room is not wide, the room is not clean. The bathroom is very dirty. Soap box shampoo is dirty. Unlikely to use a light switch to shave. Danger of electric shock The staff secretly entered the room when they went out to eat dinner without being informed. Building lacking maintenance The location is very far from the train. The map has failed many kilometers. Find the hotel very difficult

WiFi is broken, looking for food far away, transportation is far, receptionis are not helpful and English is chaotic, check-in at night the lights are off and dark.
