The overall stay was ok but the hotel needs to hire more people English speakers

The hotel check-in process took an excessive amount of time, which was quite inconvenient. We were a family with kids, and despite requesting adjacent rooms, we were assigned rooms on different floors. After making several requests, they eventually offered us a third room, but we had to wait an additional hour until 7 PM to receive it. The check-in staff did not seem adequately competent, and they provided no information beyond handing us the room keys.

Was assigned to smoking floor and the smell is really bad. Changed room to non smoking floor instead

I guess undoubtedly excellent memories, ticked all the boxes . Specially reception staff was fantastic ,they went out of the way to help. Very rarely i experienced. I lost my luggage in taxi but they managed to trace very easily.rooms were cleaned properly, everything was perfect

There is no way this can be a 5 starer. Check it for urself. The best i would give is a 3 star. Its old, studf in room are damaged, stinks old carpet.

The breakfast option is amazing. We have got an opportunity to taste different foods. Our overall stay was phenomenal 🙏🙏🙏

Location is good, near to good restaurants for those who are looking for Halal and muslim food, price is convenient and staff speaks good English

Good hotel in general

The hotel is very very old. It urgently requires mass renovations if they want to keep up with other establishments. Yes the location of the hotel is in a prime area but so are many other hotel. The elevators are few and you have to wait for a long time to get into one. The carpets in the room are old and smelly. The bathtubs have cracks. The breakfast options are limited. I stayed at this same hotel 10 years ago and it was amazing but it has deteriorated ever since. I do want to acknowledge the work of the guest relations manager. A gentlemen from Ecuador who was very good.

Room was very nice, had a magnificent view from the 50th floor, also very quiet. The bathroom was just splendid! The facilities, specifically the gym and tennis courts, are a bit old and could use a renovation. The gym is a bit messy. But it’s all perfectly usable and enjoyable. When you check in, they take a photo of you. That’s really quite uncomfortable, considering the development of facial recognition and government surveillance. I’ve been to other hotels in China where they didn’t take a photo, so I have no idea what the rules are here. Also, I wonder what the point is, since they make a copy of your passport anyway. We stayed for three days and the pool was closed during that entire time. The pool was the main reason why we chose that hotel, so that was a huge disappointment. If it weren’t for the fact, that they take a photo of you at check-in, and the pool being closed during our entire stay, I would have rated this hotel with 4 stars.

Perfect location for everything specifically for middleastern people they have very good restaurants around like sadda restaurant.
