Had a good time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Staff made us feel at ease with their smiles and efficient service. Klaus at the front desk was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. Everyday they were able to provide me with incredible information, in english nonetheless, which I Seldom came across in Xi'an. I could probably write an entire review just about the breakfast, but I will most definitely be putting together a review video depicting the idyllic rooms and architecture of the entire hotel. Everything was so well designed, practical, and made me feel like I was living in luxury. 5 Stars, for others I say come here.

The hospitality offered by this hotel is extraordinary. Manson, Laurence and Alina made us feel like family. The love, care and attention they paid to our wellbeing and comfort was second to none. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has all amenities you would expect. However what stood out for me during our 3 day stay was the level of hospitality and the staff.
