Attached to Indigo shopping mall. Very convenient if too hot or too cold to go outside. Just stay inside and you have everything you need. Great shopping mall that has everything.

Reception desk staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have multiple devices that need a type-C port for charging, make sure to bring your own charging cord and adaptors. In terms of location, it is suited outside of the inner city, typically takes around 30-40mins by cab.

Met expectations. It would be nice if room was not facing huge construction site

This hotel is connected to a shopping mall, hotel staffs are very friendly and always available to help. The rooms are very clean and neat. I will be back there soon

Get the nice room, it’s so affordable and so luxurious. Everyone who works there is nice and helpful; gym and breakfast and giant bathtub all big thumbs up

Stuff are nice!

We feel a great familiarity with this Hotel and it's environ, as it is a part of the One Indigo Shopping Mall together with a Fortune 500 good office Tower. Because it feels very much like our own Orchard Rd ION. (Incidentally, by the same design architect). Coming as we are from Singapore. I would most certainly return to stay at East Beijing for all of the above reasons but mainly because it's a business stay hotel, so less of the noisy heckling tourist types around. The Foyer is sparse and calm and all the checking in or moving out is almost imperceptible. The rooms layout is fabulous, in finishes and interior design, for cleanliness, very bright and airy in spatial sparseness yet evincing a high comfort level. Its location on the outer fringe of the Inner City is a blessing and not a lack, to come away from all that crowdedness. And being linked directly to the Jiangtai Metro connects it to the other 18 lines serving Beijing City. Not to mention too that its so much nearer to the Airport. Can't ask for more. The other reason being that it's 3 bus stops away or within walking distance to the 798 Art District which is our 1st reason for visiting- to view shows and cafe hop. Unfortunately, the art scene is not really up to expectation. So yeah, we are so glad we found this gem of a place to centre ourselves in BJ for 10 days.

Very new and modern design. The Indigo Mall is awesome too. You have every thing you may need without leaving the complex

Nice hotel

First stay at East hotel, but it won't be the last. Very courteous staff, from check-in, to the lounge, to the restaurant. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in and the rainforest shower was huge! The lounge has a good selection of drinks, but I wasn't impressed with the food offerings (although they did have a hot dish for Western palates). Breakfast at Feast is at the same standard as their brunch: amazing buffet and choices. I didn't try the other facilities. Nice touches: the Bose speaker in the room and the free minibar. A first for me in a hotel in Beijing: did not hear a single noise during my stay.
