There are some "5 Star" hotels that buy the rating, then there are "5 Star" hotels that ARE every bit of an earned "5 Star" rating ... this hotel is definitely EVERY bit of a fully earned "5 Star" hotel!! Totally recommend!

The staff was pleasant and willing to help, but that’s about the extent of the good with my experience.
The air conditioner didn’t work, so they gave me a fan instead. The WiFi didn’t work. We order room service, and the steak sandwich was sadly very bad.
The room also needs better lighting, far too dark.
It’s not a terrible stay if you want to be close to the airport, and closer to the Great Wall. But otherwise, not impressed.

This is an airport hotel so it is convenient if travelling specifically from terminal 3 international departures only. The breakfast is good. But the western food options at this hotel are awful if ordering room service. The quality of the meals is not what one would expect of an Hilton brand. Additionally the English level is not sufficient to make any changes to food orders if you expect them implemented.

I booked excursions to the Great Wall of China, and I had a limited amount of time, the hotel staff found a suitable option for me, and I looked at the Great Wall of China and even visited the Buddha Temple, I was very satisfied.

The courtesy reminds you of their dedication to male your stay perfect in nearly an historical manner. The entir stay you are in a plush environment meant forbthe wralthiest of people.
