I had two nights stay in this hotel. the location is great, short walks to food, shopping , café and subway station. even though it is close to some very busy and crowded streets, my room is nice and quiet . stuff are very friendly. definitely will stay here again.

Good buffet breakfast, very large rooms and a convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful. Free shuttle to the train station. Next time I'm in Suzhou I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and excellent location for Guanqian Jie and other sightseeing sites with very good public transport connections. There are plenty dinning options near the hotel within walking distances.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to major attractions. It has free shuttle service to some of them. The staff is conversant in English and is very knowledgeable about how to get to these attractions. The room is large, and art deco style. The bathroom is painted black, and very dark. It could use more lighting . The mini refrigerator did not work in my room. Overall, I will stay here again for its location and friendly staff.

The room was a bit cold probably it was drizzling out there. There was no heater. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel was centrally located, short walking distance to metro chayyuanchang and in front of the hotel, there was a walking street with a lot of eateries and shopping mall. Easily accessible to attraction like Suzhou museum, Humble administrator garden and culture street.

The hotel is located at a fantastic location, very near to "old town" shopping area. In my opinion, the room is too big and the interior design is slightly old. I stayed on the highest floor (7th floor) and the water pressure is weak.

It was a wow for me. Extremely spacious and clean room. Surrounded by lots of eateries and shopping outlets. Train station is 200 mettes away. They also provide free transport to the suzhou train station and Humility Administration.

👍Didn't expect to have such good breakfast buffet spread as it was indicated free breakfast. 👍Within the shopping district 👍Provided free transport to train station. Though this hotel has no good scenery at all, as it is surrounded by tall buildings, will sure be back to this hotel if going to Suzhou, for their good service and convenient location.

The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Its location is perfect. It takes minutes to the main pedestrian mall of the city and metro station. There is free shuttle bus to several main attractions and train station. The room is very clean and breakfast is good.
