The entire hotel staff were very friendly and helpful giving us ideas of places to visit. the rooms are small, but we only use them to sleep since we spend the days visiting the area. i really enjoy our daily interactions with the front desk staff and restaurant =)

Muy bueno el servicio, la zona esta muy bien para desplazarse en Armenia, la habitación era muy grande y tenia un minibar básico muy bueno, todos en el hotel brindan un buen servicio de atención. Lo unico malo fue llegar por primera vez a la habitación tenia un mal olor pero desapareció conforme encendimos el aire acondicionado, y la comida fue excelente, recomiendo los Canelones con champiñon, pero no el lomo de cerdo. El aseo del hotel es muy bueno y cuidan el medio ambiente.

The hotel is very bad. I paid in advance and when I got there they did not give me a room and they did not give me my money back. This is a very, very bad hotel. They tried to rip off customers. Extremely bad hotel.

Me siento que nos fue mal: nadie nos subió las maletas, hubo suciedad en el baño, espacio del sanitario muy estrecho e incómodo por un vidrio innecesario, las válvulas de la ducha no funcionan bien, pues no responden inmediato al control de la válvula, el agua sale o muy caliente o helada, siendo pareja sólo asignaron una toalla para ducha (aunque subieron la otra al solicitarla), el gorro de baño no estaba empacado como nuevo sino abierto y doblado evidenciando un uso anterior, se pidió plancha para la ropa y no existía ni en la habitación ni en la Admon., y para rematar en el desayuno trajeron el queso rancio, el que no se pudo cambiar por otro igual pues lo sustituyeron por una tajada comercial de queso mozarella. Agregue que para el alto costo de la noche se ve feo lo limitado del desayuno, como el que se tenga que elegir entre jugo y fruta pues no dan los dos. Para ser objetivo destaco lo único bueno: cama cómoda y buen parqueadero.

el servicio y las habitaciones cómodas uno de los inconvenientes que tuve fue que me tocó una habitación la 301 que da a la calle y siempre se alcanza a escuchar la musica de las tabernas en la noche.
La ducha también presentaba algunos problemas.
