Atencion al cliente pesima, solo habia una señora que nos atendio bien. Estuvimos los 2 primeros dias sin que funcionara el agua caliente, reclamamos varias veces y no nos dieron solucion alguna. Al tercer dia, tras insistir mucho nos pasaron a otra habitacion.
No funcionaba el wifi en la habitacion, no me dieron llave de la caja fuerte, y algunos problemas mas. Las instalaciones de Spa no las tuvieron operativas y no tuvieron servicio de lavanderia, la excusa fueron los carnavales.
Para todo se inventaban excusas.
