Excellent staff

Great

The property was maitained daily by the cleaning staff. It was always someone somewhere ensuring that the property was in pristine condition. The property is a bit dated but it is convenient to everything you need. The beach and main boardwalk is a two minute saunter. Venodors serve great food and drinks as well as trinkets to being home.

First time to the island it was amazing! Locals are friendly helpful people, we had a grreat time

I recommend sol caribe campo this location is Convenient for Where is located but the facility overall needs improvement to include the staff

The room was beautiful and clean, most of the staff was super nice but the dining options were lacking. Just one restaurant was open and the options were not what I am used to when staying at an all inclusive resort

The Hotel is nice but to go to the bar its far from the pool on the second floor The personal are not friendly need improvement of a friendly staff

really i felt comfortable with the staff that they did what ever you needed to satisfy the customer (excellent), the property needs more renovation or upgrade.., food okay to be in the beach............hotel very close to the main island beach.

A ONE STAR is to generous for these people. -Water pool on bathroom floor, water leak from ceiling, pool under construction, food is horrible gave ME DIAREAH, no beach access ,no pool access, wifi suck inside bedroom. -DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

Ese hotel es terrible, no me gusta nada. Todo es un completo desastre. Es horriblemente feo y viejo. Los restaurantes son horribles y no pagaría por la comida que sirven. No entiendo por qué tienes que hacer una reserva para un buffet. Las bebidas como los refrescos que tenías que servirte tú mismo de la botella de litro, las bebidas del bar disponibles con licor barato de tercera clase. Tenían manteles y las sillas eran de plástico. Sin mencionar que el hotel no tiene piscina y la playa está a aproximadamente 1 cuadra de distancia. Nada como lo que muestran en las fotos que anunciaron. Al final, esta experiencia fue horrible. Mi dinero fue a la basura.

No pool one key the all environment is dirty with mold on the wall on the hallway

Love the part that is well located, right in the center of town and just two blocks from the beach. The air conditioner in our room leaked throughout all our stay. We had to keep towels on the floor to soak the water and for safety. One day the toilet clogged, and it took all afternoon for someone to come and fix it. Meanwhile we had to use the pool bathroom. The food is not good and has limited options.

Staff need to be more organized and more friendly

The staff were amazing from the time we arrived until the time we left. The hotel is outdated but has been remodeled but still has a little to do but it was very clean. I enjoyed that everything was included. We were able to eat breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner all at the hotel. They had a bar with included drinks. Coffee always available. The pool was clean. Most of the staff spoke Spanish and English. Very friendly. The hotel was in a perfect location. One block from the beach. My daughter (8 months old) ended up having to go to the urgent care while we were there. It was fantastic. Villa Real Urgencia

Hospedarse en un hotel debería ser una experiencia cómoda y sin inconvenientes, pero lamentablemente, esto no lo que va a encontrar en SOL CARIBE SAN ANDRES , ES EL PEOR HOTEL, muy mal servicio , la comida se lleva el premio a lo mas mala de el mundo . si usted paga todo incluido uno espera algo bueno pero no los tragos son pura agua . es honestamente mi peor experiencia.

Virtually no wifi or great phone signal connectivity.

I purchased bundle deal for flight and hotel. I got to the hotel at 10am Friday to check in and to my surprise they said I had to pay for my Five year old additionally out of pocket since they had on their system an infant. I had to get Expedia to send them a confirmation showing I had paid for all three of us and had documented my son’s age as it is required when making our reservation. I was on hold for hours with Expedia. I waited for hours for the Hotel to get a call from their international reservation desk which didn’t call. I had to call and speak to a supervisor Austin he apologized for the entire experience and asked if I could pay with my Credit card and Expedia would refund me for the payment providing the receipt for the additional cost. Wasted my entire day getting this cleared away and started my vacation on the wrong foot

The property is quaint making the staff and quest relations great.
