Property has false advertisement on the Expedia page need remove from expedia.Rooms do not have Wi-Fi, I paid for ocean view and had an extremely restricted view. Towels were dirty, room AC didn’t work, and lost power in room twice.I don't recommend to anybody go to this property..I don't have any good world for this place...I hope I never go there...DON'T GO ...

The staff is top end peple that care are now my freinds after 2 amazing trips there the masages i got made me come back healing hands wow could not wait to get back to my new additions to my family tribe as i say will definitely be back in a couple month its part of my wellness plan as I'm retiring now

We were very disappointed with the hotel. The quality of the food and drinks was poor. Not at all what we expected.

Small safe, family resort.

The property VERY steep a shuttle is always running It's older so don't expect la dee da decadence but has lots of character, good landscaping, gorgeous views, lovely staff and 5 different pools (two infinity) one which is a swim up bar. And not a hot tub but a cold tub (and you will need it sometimes) it's a very hot area and Costa Rica is known for its micro climates. If you opt for the lovers suite you can get breakfast in bed and have access to multiple restaurants that you need to reserve via WhatsApp. And some places are only open on certain days as well. (one of which is beach side) speaking of wifi I could only get it to work at the main restaurant and spotty in my room. Maybe opt for a $30 e sim card like my girlfriend did she had no issues. There can be a language barrier with some staff but there is always someone around with pretty good English to translate and all the staff do try thier best. Food is very authentic. Water is clean and safe for drinking. At first we thought that we didn't get a lot of options but we found out throughout the week that that's Costa Rica and they seem to eat a lot of the same stuff. Not too worry the food was still quite tasty but you may want to venture off the resort to one of the surrounding restaurants for something else. There is also a great pizza place a bit inside the town. The town is small and sleepy with lots of quiet quaint hotels and very safe.The beach is gorgeous and the excursions are excellent see Javier or Ignasias

Towels were dirty, room AC didn’t work, and still fighting to get a refund as I had to leave after 1 night of my 5 night stay. Had to pay to change my flight as well, could not stay at the property.

The view was a 10. The shuttle was great throughout the property as it has very steep hills. The beach was awesome as well as the pools. The food was a 2. There was only 1 restaurant open while we were there and there was not a variety. There was no entertainment. The employees could have been friendlier. Typically at an all inclusive everyone is friendly and accommodating. Not so much here.

Un tres belle endroit ou aller en famille mais cependant, l ensemble de l hotel à grandement besoin de rénovation et de mise au gout du jour. Mais le service du personnel est a la hauteur et rattrape le tout.

Les piscines et la plage sont parfaites! La vue est imprenable. Restaurant ça fait dure en titi ! Pour notre part les manèges n’était ps ouvert alors assez décevant à ce niveau. Élément assez important pas de wifi dans les chambres.

The staff was wonderful

The view and pool area was great and a nice beach. More dry/desert like than the pictures show though. I never complain about food and drinks but this really was the worst I’ve ever had. 1 very limited buffet. The restaurant wasn’t open our first two nights and finally was open our third night. We were seated and told it was also a buffet. It was a tiny buffet with desert from that days lunch in the other buffet. The drinks were very limited as well.

Staff were very helpful. Beautiful property, close to the beach, and good food.

The view was lovely and the inclusive food and drink were nice touches, but overall, the stay was disappointing. Key issues: • No in-room WiFi – Only available in the outdoor, non-air-conditioned common area (also the restaurant). Not disclosed in listing. • Extremely hilly property – Shuttle rarely ran; we had to walk steep hills in 95° heat daily. We saw an older man nearly fall walking downhill. • Limited dining – Only one restaurant open (not the 2–3 advertised). Buffet was hit or miss. • Airport shuttle misleading – Only picks up from the airport. Return trip costs extra via cab. • Poor local food options – Walkable restaurants nearby, but none were great. • No laundry room – Maid helped us with laundry, but no facilities or heads-up beforehand. • Delux King layout is odd – Two-story unit requires going outside to access upper level. Only one key given at check-in. • Wildlife concerns – You have to lock the door between levels to keep raccoons out. • Staff just okay – Polite but not proactive. Javier, the VIP host, was helpful and friendly. Had we known all this, we would have booked elsewhere.

Very old, like 70s and no renovation. Many thing are broken. Some motel 6 looks better and we had the most expensive room there. In general, another experience but I would not recommend

Beautiful view Needs updating Also over charged for the excursions. Be sure to check or book excursions elsewhere. They overcharged us 80.00 for the 2 of us and everyone else on the excursion and our bus paid 80 less Rude

Our room was disgusting there were so many bugs in it and a dead moth right on the kitchen counter after we had to wait an hour for them to clean the room. We didn’t mind that but to walk into a dirty room after waiting to clean it is crazy. The beach bar and other facilities like the carousel and ferris wheel were shut on weekdays. This was extremely frustrating for the beach bar since that was one of the reasons we booked and that was not specified. The towel bar and front desk shut very early. We would need help and no one would answer the front desk phone even during their operating hours. There is only wifi in the main area and not in any of the rooms. This was insane because we would need wifi for directions or other reasons. We even had signal by the beach but there was absolutely none in our rooms which was so inconvenient.

Not as described in the website, very limited buffet items, the snacks were the same everyday. At the time of the check in no information was given about the property, events or how to even get to our room. We didn’t feel welcome at all.

The property was beautiful however there is only Wi-Fi in the main lobby and not in the rooms. Parking is also a bit inconvenient because it’s so far from the rooms. A lot of people had to walk up a very steep hill to get to the main lobby where all the food and the pools were. overall it was a good stay.
