Agrino Hotel Apartments

Big room and common area, 3 balconies, good price.

This hotel is in need of some room renovation, the bedrooms were very tired and dated and not in a good condition at all - the kitchen and bathroom was also in a bad state with dirty radiators, chipped tiles etc and considering this was not the cheapest hotel we could have booked in the area, it should have been. Needless to say we did not eat in the hotel or use the swimming pool. Fortunately we were only booked in for one night. On the up side the check out staff were lovely

I’ve been there for 4 nights, great location if you have a car, nice area for familes and it have public park there, supermarket. Clean appartment, large, and comfort. I will give it 10/10!

My girlfriend and I left the place and booked an hotel instead. The room was dark, there was no hot water and there was no water pressure, the AC didn't work propely, the internet service (wifi) kept disconnecting.

The check-in was very fast and simple, location was super , few minutes from everything but you can’t be disturbed by the high sound of music , this is why the location is super

Nicely located, friendly staff, don`t miss best club in town: "The Castle" ( information available on front desk ).

Front desk was very helpful. Easy to find, right by all of the nightlife in the area, but just far enough away from the noise that you can sleep. Be prepared to pay for air conditioning, though (6€ per night), otherwise they have fans which do the trick. Wasn't too hot, even without the A/C downstairs. Nice place :)

Very noisy place. You have to PAY EXTRA to have Air conditioning that covers only one room....

It Was a very dark place a door In garase And the roof like jail. Too much noise And the Windows With Out something For the sun Light inthe morning

Great location and spacious apartment, especially for the price. Was kind of the staff to do our washing up during our stay too and towels were changed regularly. However the floor was incredibly dusty and unclean, the staff stole some of our cleaning supplies during our stay, and regularly walked in on us rather than knocking. When we first arrived they had no idea we were coming, and we’d had no real communication before our booking other than a confirmation at the very start. It was also incredibly loud the entire stay - nearby tourists were noisey but also loud street cleaners several times very early in the morning. WiFi was included but the connection was so poor we were forced not to use it and air conditioning is charged at €6 per day which is a rip off. Overall enjoyable stay and good location but noise, air con and poor WiFi definite negatives.

The hotel rooms should be more clean. All rooms were not very clean. In fact thy looked like they were not cleaned for a while.

The property itself is not bad, but the location is far away from Nissi Beach, 40 minutes walking distance and not 20 minutes as advertised. Nissi Beach is the prettiest beach in the area. The beach near the harbour, which is 30 minutes walking distance is just an ordinary beach (not worth to fly to Cyprus to go there). And teh same for sandy beach, cute beach but nothing special. On my arrival at the property I was allocated a studio room on the ground floor. The windows facing the front road have gates but the balcony of the bedroom on the back side of the building have a just a small fence who anyone can jump in. With more than 30 degrees you have to sleep with the balcony opened and that was not safe at all. Having complained at the receptionist that I did not feel safe, they moved me the following day to an apartment on the last floor, where WIFI was not working due to a missing internet extension. Having complained since day 1, but the internet technician only turned up the last night (my stay was overall 6 nights). Staff at reception is nice and friendly but overall lack of professional customer service. For instance if something is missing from a room, it should be checked upon checkout of a guest and not when the next guest arrivs and complain. I personally was not impressed and would not come back or recommend to a friend. For the same money I am sure you can find a better place and location.

Hotel is placed one street away from the main strip (take that as you like), it was close to things and not as noisy as I expected. The pool was peaceful even in August. The aircon was 6euro a night but well worth it. Unfortunately the fridge wasn't very clean and had ants in it. The soap dispensers were empty. And the water pressure in the bathroom sink was rubbish. Other than that the hotel was great and it was great value for money! I've stayed in a lot of napa hotels but this one was the cheapest we could find for our dates and I would definitely stay here again for that reason.
