The most wonderful relaxing stay at this hotel. I came with a friend for a weeks girls trip. The service at this hotel was incredible and the food delicious. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Fantastic staff so attentive, and helpful never visited a hotel were you could actually see the hole staff working towards the same goal of ensuring guests had a great stay.
The managers and staff should be proud of what they have created. And we would definitely go back.

We had a very nice stay at the King Jason in Protaras. The hotel was perfect was our stay, which we wanted to be quiet, relaxing and stress free - with super polite, kind and attentive staff. Good food, nice ambience and an ideal position close to Fig Tree Bay.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant staff who were so attentive and provided a brilliant service for the duration of our stay.
Pool was lovely and the beds around the pool were fantastic.
Food was fantastic too - the restaurants were both brilliant.
Our room was lovely with a fantastic sea view - even the bathroom had a view.

Very friendly and kind a fantastic welcome he gave us champagne / orange juice ..some lovely treats , pretty welcome box with sandwich and fruit. Personally came to our room to makeup the sofa bed for our daughter. And wiped up the wet mopped floor that the maid left too wet.we booked the room last minute because our Air b&b was not ready on that day …and we were very happy with his service and the hotel and room was wonderful! Highly recommend it!

Wow wow wow , from waking in the door the welcome and Staff where unreal best check in meet and greet service we have ever had. The staff could not do enough for you and everyone made you feel welcome and special. Location is excellent as well with amazing sea views

The property was decent and clean and the staff were really friendly and trying to help.
However, I don't think this hotel qualifies for a luxury hotel. It was catering towards older guests and the overall vibe was just not what we expected based on the ads.

Loved the hotel and the room amenities and the service, the beach access is convenient and it's one of the best waters we've been to. Strongly recommended it it's in your budget, you won't get disappointed.

Food and room was very nice, pools too. Some staff members were amazing.
Rooms are all twins, not nice as a couple (we asked to connect the beds with a topper but it was even worse (too small for the bed) so we removed it again. We never slept good.
Cocktails are all sirop based, far too sweet, artificial tasting and not made with premium alcohol despite what they tell you. Orange juice is not fresh and tastes awful. They had some nice bottled wines during lunch and dinner.
Gardens and potted plants (huge pots with only weeds?) very neglected. Unacceptable.
Management doesn't like criticism, I sent them feedback on the hotel app on day 2 but they never replied...even though they had my name and room number (103).
Really wanted to love it (it was not cheap!) but we won't be back...

Cannot fault the staff, service, food or drink at The King Jason Hotel. We had a 3 night stay here in October 2021 and was made to feel exceptionally welcome. The manager made an effort to come over & introduce himself and was extremely helpful. The service is outstanding with sunbed service, cocktails served to us all day without moving. 5* treatment and I would highly recommend. We will be returning to this hotel very soon. Only thing I would say is breakfast isn't always very hot food & communal stairs could do with face lift. Rooms were outstanding and cleaned everyday and lovely little touch of chocolates and leaving gift. Very thoughtful overall.
