The property was just right for ourselves and our 13 year old grandson. We could however have done with a baking tray for the oven and another oven shelf plus an oven glove or equivalent to take hot things out of the oven.

Lovely spacious apartment, lovely walk to old town, plenty of shops and food spots around, great location, would definitely recommend & would stay again….also very great communication…

Property was good, kitchen was new and modern bathroom was clean and pleasant, sofa sleepers were worn and matresses need replaced. They were a bit strained. Customer service was great, had a few issues but they fixed them immediately. Great location to all the sites, if your okay with walking. We enjoyed the beauty of Letna park. Definitely need earplugs as bedroom shares wall with main hallway and entrance door slamming. Good price, just need new sofas.

The property has a great location and the first impression was wow - large tall doors, the main room was well designed and the area is great. But then the little things added up.
The sofa bed was bobbled - which you could feel and on the mattress there were stains. The walls in the bedroom had strange stains and w have been painted over. The shower wasn’t terribly clean. We enjoyed cooking but found no salt or oil which would have been helpful. A wine glass maybe? There were no instructions for anything - like the heating so we didn’t know how to manage it. I think a proper welcome would have been good to settle in and ask questions.

Apartment had a nice modern bedroom and kitchen. Staff was excellent, we had a few issues but they took care of them right away. Sofa sleepers are very warm and need replacement. Stained and torn, and ear plugs are required as this units bedroom shared a wall with main entrance, door slamming may wake you. Good location, about 25 minute walk to Christmas market, but a nice pleasant walk thru Letna Park. Very safe

The apartment was great. It had everything you need and they even left tablets and liquids you’d need for the dishwasher and laundry. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils etc needed for cooking. Communication with check in instructions was not delivered before the day of check in and was delivered via WhatsApp.

Amazing value for price. Rooms were spacious and with great amenities. Check in was very easy and I was even allowed early, which I appreciated.
Easy to get to from the airport and public transport to city centre was right around the corner. Very close to grocery stores, restuarants, post office and a lovely park as well.

Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and within easy access to restaraunts etc.15 minute walk to old town. 2 minor points, there was nobody there to greet us (our confirmation said there would be) and one of the shower heads was broken. However, neither detracted from a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely dissatisfied with checking in. I had no access to the room. An owner/manager never shared the access to the property and did not wait for me to check in. I was lucky I met two Americans from Michigan who called the owner/manager of the property and then, after 45 minutes waiting outside on the street at the lock door, I was able to check in at 6 pm. I do not recommend this place.

As a family, we visited Prague for the New Year. When we arrived to the hotel in the evening, there was only one room left, which had one less Sofa bed and had no kitchen, as different than our booking information. The room was new and clean. But, it was small and dark.
The location of the hotel is not easy to walk to the center. We had a car luckily and drove every where. Otherwise, we would have been in trouble.
