CABINN Scandinavia Hotel

It was nice pit stop for a few nights before a 2 week trip elsewhere in Denmark. The staff are really lovely and were always available to help. I was mindful of the negative reviews but I was on a budget and didn't want shared bathroom facilities that similar budget options seemed to have. Yes, the shower / wet room is dated, but it was as clean as an old shower room could be. The bedroom was also very clean. Of course the rooms are tiny! It's part of the design and budget package so anybody who complains about this needs to up their budget elsewhere. I had a small complaint on the 1st night as it was unbearably hot - turned out the communal heating was still switched on which didn't match the sunny weather that had only just arrived. The front desk team notified maintenance the next day after several complaints and the room was very comfortable after that. I didn't opt for breakfast as I wanted to try the incredible brunch options in the neighbourhood anyway. Location is great and overall, I would recommended for few nights max.

It was a very pleasant experience. The common areas were nice. The room was small but just right. The breakfast was great.

Cabinn stays are always just the basics, but work when you don't intend to spend any time in the hotel. My room was very very cold with two outdoor walls and a large window running the length of my bed that blew cold air on me. I had to borrow two electric heaters to keep up with the cold draft. I do wish they would allot more than one pillow and towel per person, but I knew what to expect as this was my second time in a Cabinn

Great location, walking distance to everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. The only downside for me (very tall person) is that the beds were short and not very comfortable (1-2 inch mattress on a box spring).

The toilet was not clean. The bathroom area was rather small. There were no slippers in the room.

I went solo and felt very safe in the hotel and the area , was a walkable distance from Tivoli and the centre . Was a good place to stay for 2 nights

Perfect stay especially for students traveling. It had everything we needed and we LOVED the staff.

Very nice budget hotel. Great location, easy to get to from the airport on metro to Forum station, 5 minutes walk from the metro. Very professional front desk.

The room is too small, no where to even open the luggage.

Rooms are small and very basic. They met our needs for the trip.

Front desk super helpful: chk in earlier, chg to kroner; housekeeping helped with clothes drying after local laundry fail(kroner coins only—no euros!); all the staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet was Amazing and well stocked constantly; 5 min walk to the metro and the rest of cph

There aren't many cheap hotels in Copenhagen and this seemed to be one of the few decent ones for the price. The room was small but workable with a decent view and not too much in the way of traffic noise. It was close to the city centre. The bathroom took some getting used to as it was basically a wet cell with a wash basin and toilet in it. When the tap came on, so did the shower head. But still, it was better than having to share a bathroom. The staff were reasonably friendly but not particularly nice either, quite different from what I encountered in cafés or restaurants. Overall, I had a good night's sleep in a convenient area so I was happy with the price I paid, although I would probably spend a bit more and treat myself to the next category up on a future visit.

Hairdryer would have been useful Breakfast option wasn’t offered to us, was told we’d need to go outside of hotel to find breakfast But when asked the next day we were told we could go downstairs and get breakfast (which was very nice) Loved the late check out for half marathon runners

It is hot. No a/c or fan

Great location near many activities/places to explore. Room was decent size enough to spread out a little. Great staff. One issue with the shower drain, but seems to be a known problem they are working to correct.
