Clean, gorgeous room

The hotel was beautiful, the room comfortable and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast selection was not to our taste and was very expensive.

Location is great and hotel was really lovely. loved the food market 7 minutes away by foot!

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was pleasant, charming and accessible - not too stuffy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was perfect! Overlooking the courtyard, the room was spacious and clean. It's obvious that the management thought of everything when it came to the care of its guests.

Loved the excellent location which was walkable to everything I did in Copenhagen! Room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel had everything I hoped for—it was charming, clean, well decorated with friendly safe and great breakfast spread. It took me about 15-20 mins to walk to popular destinations and I was happy to wander the cobblestone streets and discover shops and cafes along the way. Stay here and let this hotel add to your incredible visit to this breathtaking city.

The breakfast was excellent (it should be as the price was high). Getting into the hotel is a challenge as there are stairs to navigate with your luggage. The room had no closet or wardrobe to hang clothes in. There is no dining service after breakfast. Room was clean and nice size.

This hotel is a good priced option for a well located hotel in Copenhagen. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety.

Wonderful facility great location

There were some nice elements at this hotel. The cozy hour provides guests with a free glass of wine, juice or beer from 5pm to 6pm. The staff were very helpful. But we had a junior suite, and it was not as expected. The photos showed a shower and a tub, which was important to me because I am recovering from a physical injury and a hot bath can make sleep a lot easier. Our room had only a shower, and no room with both was available. We even checked after the weekend, and only 2 of the junior suites have both and they were booked. They offered an upgrade to a suite for $100 more a night which we declined. The room itself is comfortable except the bed is in a narrow corner which made getting in and out a bit of a challenge. There is only instant coffee and only ever two packets with caffeinated coffee rather than decaf. The make up mirror was hung above my head. To use it I had to stand on my tip toes. No space in the shower for razor or even the included hair conditioner except on the floor. There were two waters in the mini fridge, so I inquired if they were complimentary. The person on the phone said, "Let me look. For your room, no, there is a cost." We did not drink the water. The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient area for restaurants or site seeing. We just thought the room should be more comfortable for the money. Our breakfast was not included.

The hotel , food and staff were lovely, it was clean , warm and well maintained . The hotel is really on the outskirts of the main city sights so you need to be able and willing to walk . There were fairly limited options to eat in the near vicinity Check how far places are that you want to visit as this will help making the decision as to whether it’s the the right place for you.

An excellent Hotel, highly recommended, I would also suggest getting the spa access package, although not necessary as can be booked on specific days with little or no notice. Spa facilities are exceptional. Definitely attend cozy hour each day and get chatting to the other guests to find out any hidden gems. Not detract from the various other establishments where you can get decent breakfasts, but the hotel one is top quality.

The hotel the spotlessly clean, the staff incredibly helpful and our room in bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, if not a little pricey, but a brilliant variety of food and caters to all needs. My friend is coeliac and she had a very wide choice of food.

Everything was good. The check-in process needs to be improved and the App isn't reliable for customer usage.

Perfect location. A few walkable blocks from Norreport Station and Metro. We arrived early from USA, so took advantage of early check in option which was available by 11 AM. Staff comped us two coffees while we waited. All in-town Copenhagen sites within easy reach. Hotel has free drinks at cozy hour 5-6 which is a great way to mingle with other travelers. Met folks from Germany, Australia and Arizona(USA). Staff everywhere to assist and all were very helpful. Bathroom floor was heated! Would definitely recommend.
