Excellent location, amazing breakfast, spectacular area. Only one minus, that pool and sauna were closed when we came and we found out just accidentally that it was reopened. It would be nice if saff put any sign in the lobby, that the pool is open again. Other than that, highly recommended!

It was a nice place to stay for the few days we were there. Very convenient for a visit to Tivoli Gardens on the last day of their season.

Expensive overall. The executive breakfast was not to satisfaction, lacked of a lot of things but nice to have a calm time. The pool was like a bithdayparty for children, I thought they were not allowed after 7 pm. The upper pool was under construction until???

Værelset var pænt og rent, sengene komfortable, morgenmaden meget lækker og venlig betjening. Jeg rejste med mine to store børn og vi boede på et familieværelse. Det matterede glas i døren ind til badeværelset afslørede alt for meget, og med to blufærdige unge mennesker var det et ret stort problem at der ikke var ordentlig privatliv til toiletbesøg og bad

Hotel sem piscina, reservei com piscina, ar condicionado pessimo, não gelava o quarto, banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, um hotel 4 estrelas não poderia oferecer esse tipo de problema.

Generelt var opholdet fint. Men gulvet var meget klistret i “entre-området” af værelset samt lidt på badeværelset. Desuden var der kun ét af to vinglas (der var en tom plads på en coaster), og der var ingen complimentary-kaffe eller -the og ingen kopper. Dette blev dog udbedret af en venlig medarbejder. Ærgerligt var det desuden, at poolen ikke var tilgængelig, da det var en af grundene til, at vi havde booket værelse hos netop Tivoli hotel.
