We came here for our honeymoon. We had numerous nights room service didn’t show up or if it did It took well over n hour for it to arrive.
We did not get the minibar restocked and some nights are room wasn’t cleaned. On Wednesday we got room service actually delivered to our room and we’re leaving today on Sunday and it’s still in our cabinet.
For the money I’ve been to a better resorts

Our stay at the resort was overall fine, with some highlights and a few disappointments. We had access to the Excellence Club, which included a private beach, restaurant & lounge, and pool. The private beach was beautiful and the food at the Excellence Club restaurant was very good.
However, one major downside was the lack of service on the beach. There were usually no servers available to take drink or food orders, so we had to go to the bar ourselves for drinks and search for someone to order food, which was unexpected for a resort like that.
The buffet was underwhelming, but the restaurants were fine. As for entertainment, there wasn’t much to do besides the nightly show, which was just okay—not particularly memorable. The atmosphere felt a bit dull at times due to the limited activities.
Overall, while the Excellence Club perks were enjoyable, the lack of beach service and limited entertainment made the experience less impressive than expected.

The place is nice to stay at, but I asked if they had availability to be able to get upgraded rooms since we can as an expedia VIP member, but the guy at the front desk said that the manager said our room had a nice view already so we did not. The food was okay, the staff is nice overall.

Nice property but bad service and long waits for everything. Most of our time on this trip was spent waiting for subpar food. At least an hour to get a table at any of the restaurants, over 90 minutes for in-room dining, and the food was consistently less than mediocre. Staff is constantly requesting gratuities; reception at the spa even wanted a tip. Definitely skip the facial, the “technician” used her bare hands (not a tool) to attempt extractions on my face, leaving me swollen and red, even though I stopped her as soon as I realized what she was doing.
Very disappointed that we wasted our limited vacation time and money on this resort.
