The hotel offers excellent service with impressive efficiency. The facilities are well-maintained, modern, and exceptionally clean. There’s a great variety of alcoholic drinks, and the theater was truly stunning! Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming—especially Carlos at the front desk, who checked in with us daily to see if there was anything we needed. Bernabe at Surf & Turf left a great impression, and Katheri at the Main Bar was especially friendly and engaging—her smile always brightened our day. We did have one less-than-ideal experience dining at Las Dunas, where the staff seemed a bit down and service was noticeably lacking. However, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from the overall high standard of service and hospitality throughout the hotel.

I have been to many all inclusive resorts but this was one of the best! The resort is better then shown in pictures.We were a group of friends and had the best experience there. Many restaurant options, great bar choices. Service was amazing. The only downside was the beach, which had seaweed. Pools were great for family's and adults too.Great sevice and great price compared to other ones I looked at.

Had an amazing time at Finest Punta Cana! The place is beautiful, the beach is paradise, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Just hope they improve a bit on food quality and cleanliness—if they do, it would be truly perfect.

Amazing resort

Excellent resort. Areas of improvement would be the food and the lack of daytime entertainment. Also making reservations at the specialty restaurants was inconvenient, maybe have it so you can reserve on the app.

Great resort for families and couples with little babies. Food is very good, and people are in their majority very kind in the resort. Our only negative point is that the cleanliness of the room can be inconsistent, but was never bad.

My recent stay at Finest Punta Cana was nothing short of extraordinary. I celebrated my 40th birthday here with my partner—his first time traveling outside the country—and this resort set the standard sky-high for all future vacations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceptional. If we could make this our regular escape, we absolutely would. The resort is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is equal parts relaxing and luxurious, and the level of service is unmatched. We chose to stay in the Excellence Club section and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a more refined, adults-only experience. It offered a peaceful environment with elevated amenities that truly enhanced our stay. We stayed in the Exellence club beachfront honeymoon two-story rooftop terrace suite w/plung pool. It was modern, spacious, and impeccably designed. It had everything we could possibly need and more—comfort, style, and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Their hospitality played a huge role in making our trip so memorable. Small note: be mindful of the coral reefs in the ocean. They can be painful if stepped on barefoot. Overall, Finest Punta Cana surpassed all expectations. It will be incredibly hard to top this experience, and we’re already looking forward to a return visit. Highly, highly recommended.
