Ada welcome snack cookie-nya enak, resepsionis dan concierge ramah dan helpful, room-nya bersih, minta high floor beneran dikasih high floor dengan view bagus, toiletries dikasih berlebih, fasilitas kamar lengkap, breakfast-nya lumayan banyak pilihan termasuk yang vegan, gluten-free ada info tersedia langsung tanpa harus nanya, tambahan biaya 300k/pax, swimming pool luas, ada tempat khusus buat anak kecil yang lebih pendek dan yang anget airnya, gym-nya accessible peralatan yang standar cukup, all in all OK worth the price 👍

Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. Apart from that long queue was seen during peak hour on the weekend for check in. Anyway, it was one of my fav hotel list that I am sure to stay there again.

Double Tree Putrajaya Lakeside team has put up excellent effort to maintain the great atmosphere, warm hospitality, wonderful service on all facilities, and anything that the hotel could offer despite of its massive scale-very challenging to be up-kept hotel or should I call it a 'resort'. Being welcomed into the sparkling, astonishing lobby, making the guest instantly fluttered into 5 stars ambient which was seriously superb. Love the uniqueness of the hotel-mostly all blocks & the facilities are connected to each other has given our staycation a bit of ‘twist & adventure’ where the rewards were the splendid view of Putrajaya lakeside, various amenities, or simply a discovery of the hotel interiors & intricate architectures. The hotel offers endless serenity and tranquility for those who wished to escape from busy work or daily city life especially if you are checking into a room/block facing the lakeside. Whereby families with kids definitely would enjoy the ‘Splash Pool’; A mini water theme park at an enclaved location between blocks 4 & 5. The pool-making was so genius that it also has a special pool for babies/toddlers where they can enjoy playing with water & building cognitive skills at the same time. It was a wonderful staycation, would definitely come back!

Definitely will come back to this hotel..the staff is very friendly, they even sms you to ask how was your stay, had you received your towel, had you received your in room dining, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast spread is wide and variety, even taste good. All in all i’m satisfied with my stay here and the best is you received their signature chocolate chip walnut cookies upon check in. Their teh tarik also is one of the best in my opinion.
