Coral Sea Water World Resort - All inclusive

All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year.

We moved to Coral Sea Water World after a nightmare few days at Jaz Sharks Bay which was a shambles. Coral Sea experience was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I forgot to book the Italian Restaurant on the eve of my wife’s birthday. When I popped in during the evening they told me not to worry they would make a table available which they quickly organised. My wife and I had a fantastic evening and when I went to pay for the meal they said it was on the house. The next day the hotel knew we were checking out but still sent an amazing birthday cake which we shared with the pool staff and entertainment team. Thus was our goth trip to the Coral Sea but first time back since around 2013. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.

We've just i come back from the most amazing time at Coral Sea and would happily go back again tomorrow, the rooms, the staff, the cleanliness, the food, all fantastic! Thank you for the most wonderful time!

This resort maybe a 3.5/4-star but with 5-star staff. We've met some of the most helpful, friendly staff we've ever experienced.

Lovely hotel with courteous staff. Cannot think of any complaints had everything my family and I required. Had a great time start to finish. Would recommend and would like to go again.

Nice hotel, good food choices, but not so much if you're vegetarian. Issue was that the large pool wasn't heated and the water in the weather park was also cold. Presumably they were saving money because it's their winter. But that meant we didn't use the park as much and I couldn't swim as the small pool wasn't a swimming pool and got very busy during the day.

My family and I stayed for 1 week in two rooms overlooking the pool/beach. There is a lot to like about this hotel - the rooms were excellent and newly renovated; the water park was the stuff of dreams for my 10/12 year olds; there is plenty to do inside (tennis, pool table, table tennis, plus the obvious water stuff) and outside the hotel (we enjoyed desert sand buggies and coral reef snorkelling); spa, which once you get past the sales desk was great / cheap; and controversially the food, which I know a lot of people were unhappy with but if you avoid the ropey looking European stuff and stick to falafel, tagine, tahini, kofta, pita, chicken, baklava etc then you can eat pretty well. These positives were partly offset by many of the staff, particularly the waiting staff in the main restaurant who were difficult to attract and the looked thoroughly miserable, adding to the depressing atmosphere in this space. The beach was also disappointing - not the hotel’s fault but you have to walk for around 1 km to find sea deep enough to swim in, which was a shame as the beach itself was lovely. So all in all if you are looking for a value oriented family holiday, have water obsessed kids and are willing to compromise on a few things then go for it.

When we arrived, this hotel was under maintenance;so I booked in Coral Sea Holiday and Resort. The desk guy- Hussein - was very helpful and the barman was very hospital at the entrance. The superior room was satisfying. It had a pool view and a partial sea view. The hotel is clean in general;The gardens, the pools and the restaurants. I like food but the food in this hotel was special. It is served by professionals. I think everyone in the diners loved it. The staff was very amiable and they ask you if you need something from a time to time. It was sunny and hot during the five days but it was very pleasant that we didn't feel it. We enjoyed dancing, volleyball, meditation and snorkeling. One could see different types of coloured fish(s) and corals. The WHO regulations of Covid19 was applied. The waters were supervised all the time. I will be back next summer ISA

Excellent resort with awesome aqua park, beautiful beach and delicious food. Would like to visit it again

all inclusive. good variety of food. entertainment good too. please bear in mind that sharm el sheikh beaches are not really swimming beaches, great for snorkelling but.

Staff was very polite and helpful with very rare exception.

nice pool, fun water park with place for toddlers and children, plus a lazy river and water slides for the big kids. The food was good, decent variety, always available with no lines or long waits for anything. We had a small issue with ants in the first room and the manager immediately upgraded us to a new room with a jacuzzi tub outside facing the beach. The kids loved the hotel staff and the tub. plus they had ice cream at the water park every day for the morning snack.

The family enjoyed the stay. Many activities to do and the food was excellent.

We booked this hotel for our anniversary based on the reviews we read which were so good. So we arrived and checked in and the person who checked us in didn’t bother briefing us about the resort. We walked to our room and to our surprise the bed sheets were not clean. They had made the bed from the previous customers without changing the bedsheets. There was hair all over the bed and pillows. We ask to have them changed and we head outside to relax by the pool. The music is loud and pumping which was fine but then we get approached by at least 7 hotel staff working for the spa, gym, outdoor activities and animation trying to up sell their services. By the third person approaching I was really annoyed as I just wanted to be left alone to sunbathe. They just wouldn’t stop. The following night we wanted to go to soho square for a meal so we asked the taxi desk to arrange a cab for us which he agreed to. 15 min later we walk outside the reception area looking to ask him where the cab is and he tells us he was unable to get a taxi. When we questioned whether he can call another taxi company he says no that’s the only car he uses but we can walk out to the main road and get a cab off the street. Worst of all, although their ads say they have WiFi there was no WiFi in the rooms. Only in the reception area. Not even around the pool or bars. Also WiFi was so weak we couldn’t access many applications and the resort was very large it wasn’t exactly easy to walk over to the reception j

It was fun. Kids loved it. We enjoyed it. We loved the slides and the water games.

The hotel is huge with a big waterpark, which is always a hit with the kids! The beach is nice with no waves. very safe for the kids and has amazing corals with plenty of fish to see; don't even have to go too deep to admire the fish. Strongly advise to bring your snorkelling mask as you can spend hours viewing the life under the sea. Also, would strongly recommend beach shoes as you can hurt your feet on the coral. Room was a very good size with a big terrace overlooking the swimming pools and beach. Very nice view to have every day! I was let down by the lobby area and dining area. When you first get to the entrance after the main gate you feel as though there is no reception. the entrance is not great. The dining area feels a bit closed due to low ceilings although there is plenty of seating area. In the room it quickly heats up. The AC is far too strong. Was a battle. The food was ok but not amazing. unfortunately, my kids ended up with the gastro bug during the last few days of the stay. So really need to watch what you're eating. The food is repetitive but you won't go without. Desserts were good with plenty to choose from. Staff on site were all very helpful and great with kids. They are currently expanding the hotel as works were taking place on the beach, which was done swiftly. At the front there is a huge piece of land waiting to be developed which will no doubt improve the front of the hotel. It will be super huge and grand when finished.
