Hotel Pasadena II Centro Histórico

Rooms are not what I was expecting. Good thing I only book one night

need to be more friendly the staff and give more information to the guess welcoming is very poor the contact needs more reliable to the guess other than that its ok the hotel in good spot

Old, no air conditioning reason I use passdena hotel I Because expedia advertising said the I rented has air condition, people were rude and not friendly at all. Only cold water to shower. 2 second after my arrival I had no water at all. For 8 hours,

Customer service very poor.not enough parking lot..

I liked the near by historic places and shopping. Didn't like the restrooms are so small in the rooms. The service is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing it was bad

Do not stay there unless you cannot afford anything better. The room I was given was infested with cockroaches and other bugs. Very noisy in the morning. Shower water didn’t drain. But the worst part was the smell of sewage inside the room. Have stayed in hundreds of rooms around the planet but never in a place like this one. But then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Most staff were helpful. Location is good.

Property is an ideal location. Infront of bus stop, universities, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to centro histórico and banks. Property has restaurant and parking. 3 min taxi to Metro centro shopping mall. Affordable. Ask for Don Gaby who is very friendly and helpful manager.

It was fairly good, you pay what you got. The price is very affordable and convenient to visit Centro Histórico. We really like it.

Wi-Finot good.cold water. The staff very friendly. Too much noise for the traffic because itwas in front.

No comí en el lular

Sin agua caliente. Los techos del patio se llueven ( mucho ). No avisan a la mañana. Zona oscura.

No tiene suficiente parkeo, no presta los servicios necesarios, los servicios ofrecidos en internet no son los prestados, cuando yo arrive al local me dieron un cuarto sin aire acondicionado, les communique que deseaba Otra avitacion y la respuesta fue que no sin opcion.
