Lovely simple but stylish decor, a little tired and in need of a refresh. But overall would recommend and was perfect to meet our needs.

Had a great stay at the apartment. Check in was easy and as per the instructions, apartment was clean and comfortable and location was great with a store for bits and bobs and two small cafes to choose for breakfast. My only issue was sound proofing. On Saturday we were woken up at about 7:15 by what sounded like someone banging a wooden stick on something hard. Can only assume it was a cleaner but a little annoying.

Smart, stylish and well equipped flat. Very clean with comfy beds and had everything we needed. Great location for local bars and shops ('feed' cafe opposite was excellent for breakfast) as well as train or bus to both Stockport and Manchester. Highly recommended - would definitely stay there again.

Sent a text as hadn’t received an email with check in codes the afternoon we were due to arrive but received no reply. Four days later, still no reply. Logged in to hotels site & found a message sent minutes before permitted to arrive time. Bedrooms are spacious but lacking in drawers to put clothes in (so we had to leave them in bags on the floor) & the small open shelving unit supposed to work as a wardrobe isn’t fit for purpose. Only T-shirts and shirts can be hung on it, not skirts or dresses, there’s also no hooks on the back of any doors to utilise for this or for drying towels. There is also, nowhere to dry towels except on radiators. The flat is very dark as all the walls are painted dark & the kitchen units are too, so lights need to be on all of the time which isn’t great. The walls could definitely do with repainting as they are very scuffed, chipped & just untidy, especially in the bedrooms. On arrival it felt clean but when you get into bed and see things like the later of dust between the headboard and the mattress, it’s not great. Bathroom, windows don’t open so the fan needs to be on a long time to clear after three have showered. There’s a bit of the bathroom cabinet hanging off at the front that I literally caught myself on every time which was frustrating, and it could do with a bigger mirror in there. Keyless entry for both doors is good. Overall, it was just okay. Good location for what we needed but doubt I’d choose to stay there again.

Very convenient if travelling to Manchester or Stockport. Lots of bars and foodie places in the area too. Morrisons across the road too. Bus stop and train station very close by.

Flat 1 was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. There were four adults staying and our issue was with seating. If you were all in the Living Room/Kitchen there was a sofa and two stools. You could not all sit around the breakfast bar for food or all sit comfortably watching tv. Not too big a problem if just a base while you're out and about. The shower control possibly needs looking at, and the shower screen seal as water seemed to cover the floor. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable, there was an iron mark on one of the carpets. The flat was a 10min walk to the train station where you can get to Manchester City Centre in 10mins. There were a couple of pubs, takeaway and a cafe across the road for convenience. We would stay again.

First off: the flat itself is cozy, immaculate, well designed, nicely furnished with a useful kitchen, located near handy things like a good breakfast place & bars. The place itself was great but arrival & departure were awkward. We had some trouble getting into the flat with the keyless lock system - which at 11:30pm was pretty frustrating, esp. when we’d let them know we were arriving quite late. The flat manager was unreachable till morning (phone switched off) & we got in only because the person staying in the second flat heard us trying to get in & tried her own code (which only happened to work because she was staying up in ours later that week, so the code had defaulted to hers?....) Yeah. Awkward. The keyless entry is great for flexible arrivals so no one needs more be there to meet you - but if there’s a technical hitch (in this case the manual override didn’t work & it deemed us as no shows), there needs to be a way to address this. On departure: 10am is far earlier than usual for non-hotel properties; the cleaning staff let themselves in at 10:10 when we were still finishing packing. Seemed preeettty unrealistic for cleaning to start so close to check-out time. If they can nail the check-in and relax about departure, this is one of the classiest, best-kept places I’ve ever stayed.
