Super comfortable beds, big tv, really spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast spread was amazing! Really enjoyed our evening swim and jacuzzi. Overall, I can't fault it

Our stay was very pleasant staff very welcoming and lobby area decor gorgeous.
Room very clean and bed very comfy,room was quite so had good nights sleep.
Breakfast was lovely and all areas set out for easy access and good choices.

Check in took over 25 minutes. They only had 1 system working, this was a late check in as well.
Stayed for 2 nights, the key stopped working after the first night, they couldn’t do anything about it and just told me to ask someone from reception to come and unlock the door if needed
The sink in the bathroom was blocked.
The carpet wasnt clean, felt like the cleaners just cleaned on surface and not a proper deep clean you would expect.

Good location. Railway station, town centre and St Nicholas cathedral in easy walking distance. Staff were charming. Room was clean and comfortable and despite the proximity to the station it was quiet. Nice dining room with a good menu.

Nice clean hotel with a pool, steam room and jacuzzi in the basement. Location is good, next to the train station and only a short (few minute) walk to bars and restaurants. 5-10 minute walk into the city centre/shopping.
Soundproofing good, we didn’t hear any noise from outside despite our room looking out at the station.
Would definitely stay again.
