The actual hotel is lovely, exactly like the pictures, smooth check in ect, the only problem is that if your on a higher floor the person underneath must seem to think that walking is an inconvenience and worth a noise complaint. Sadly in my case I had very awlward guest staying underneath which painted us out to be bad stayers, we stayed mindful of them but every minor noise made by walking on the floor seemed to be a problem, which we couldn’t control as the sound of floorboards is the sound of floorboards, especially when this is an apartment which means it’s sleeps a group not just one or two people. As I know it will end up working out it favour of the person making a complaint as always. But unfortunately if your planning on walking round at ant point in your night it’s clearly a problem

Location is great. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Cutlery and plates etc weren’t particularly clean. No hand soap. Needed to ask for new door codes three times over our three night stay. Not the best.

Stayed a few times in different epic hotels this time it was duke street townhouse the room was big lots of space , beds were comfy only one complaint it was far too hot even with the windows open not sure if air con was working ,myself and my husband had headaches in the morning from the heat apart from that it was a fab place too stay

Lovely apartment very clean all you could need for a home from home stay the only thing I would suggest is to have more mirrors as there was 2 bedrooms and only 1 mirror in the small bedroom and 1 in the bathroom which was very hard for 5 women to get ready when 1 was in the bathroom we had 1 mirror to use.

Very comfortable & clean, also surprisingly quiet considering how near to central Liverpool. 2 points that let it down slightly were:- 1) Fire doors on every door, we didn't like this as felt cut off from each other. 2) TV had no digital/freeview channels so was dependant on signing into streaming apps using our own account(s). Overall was a good stay, location is excellent.

The room had no heat on a cold night and the tv remote didn’t work (i assume the batteries were dead). I also had to pay to store my luggage for 2 hours at a different hotel. I will never take another place without a reception.

We were very UNHAPPY about being charged the full fifty pound damage deposit for losing the plastic door fob. Ten pounds might have been reasonable but the entire fifty was very excessive! Especially since we washed all the dishes and left everything the way we found it. MY ADVICE IS TO LEAVE THE KEY FOB IN THE LOCK BOX AND JUST USE THE CODE. The beds were three queens and a 3/4 couch when they had advertised 3 kings and a full. It was decently comfortable, however the stovetop would only cook one thing and then it overheated or something and you had to wait an hour or more to use it again. No cooking utensils, only silverware.

Absolutely shocking. Worst customer service I ever experience in my life. Couldn't get my inside the building in the pouring rain in Liverpool. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they kept repeating the same line that "check in is a 3PM"... that's fine with me, but don't let your clients in the rain for 2 hours. No place for luggage, no reception, and just rude and unprofesionnal service. Big thank you to to Hotels.com who were incredible in trying to resolve the situation, but that "hotel" wasn't changing their position. Avoid at all cost if you plan to arrive before 3PM as they are absolutely not fit to run a hotel or any business that deal with clients, even more business clients.

Arrived for our stay and immediately noticed how dirty it was. Looked like just the beds had been made, and the clean was forgotten about. The sink was really dirty, hairs all over the beds, crumbs all over the chairs, inside the cupboards, fridge, greasy smears all over the microwave, microwave tray was dirty, floor hadn't been hoovered, buts everywhere. Splatters of toothpaste on the bathroom mirrors, and on the toilet bins. Bin in the livingroom was broken and had no lid, no baking trays to use the oven. Broken handles in the bathrooms, so were unable to lock them. Bits of tissues in the bedroom drawers. I informed them straight away and they sent another cleaner, who did rectify a few of the issues, but he missed loads still. Contacted them again with a picture of the cupboards with bits in, and they didn't do anything. But took them an hour to send a baking tray. Doors weren't seen to either. I asked to be moved, and no response, I asked for a partial refund, and have been told they believe they rectified the issues, and I stayed and used the facilities so they won't give anything back as goodwill. When in fact I have the messages to prove I did let them know bits were missed after the cleaner had been. The walls had marks, food/drink stains down them. The whole place needs a good deep clean, new rugs, and some paint. The location was the only plus really. I did notice other apartments just a few metres down, so will be going there next time,as the location is good.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, bedding etc was fine, but the bathroom and lounge room looked dirty (rug and sofa in particular). We were glad we were only staying the one night. Communication before our stay wasn’t great, I had messaged about parking and didn’t hear anything back. I had to call on the morning of our stay to be told they send the code for apartment over at check in time, which was fine. Unfortunately to add to the disappointment I realised I had also been double charged too. It took a few days with not much communication again to get the refund sorted out. Not the best experience sadly.

The apartment was really nice and with a couple of tweaks it could have been excellent. The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable. We also found soar milk in the fridge and the carpet could do with a clean.
