Stayed 1 night after a late flight home. Room was clean and tidy, mattress and pillows a little firmer than I'm used to for a night it was fine. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Breakfast was top quality and hot with lots of choice

The hotel was excellent and the staff were lovely but we made the booking on hotels.com and when we arrived the hotel had no knowledge of us and this caused 10 minutes of extreme stress. Fortunately I was able to locate this reference, they found the booking and still had rooms so it got sorted. When we got to the room the pull out bed had not been made, again not the hotels fault as they weren't expecting us and they sorted it within 5 minutes. In summary big thums up to the hotel but the experience partially spoiled by the incompetence of Hotels.com as they had not placed my booking on the Hampton by Hilton system. I trust that hotels.com are going to credit back some or all of my one key credits due to your incompetence

Clean and confortable room but breakfast luke warm and you have to pay an additional 50 pound deposit against breakages which on a Euro card can take up to 3 weeks to go back into your account.

the room was huge ! 2 queen beds with lots of space for my son to run around . the view was great , facing the terminal . Sound proof ! Bar was open till 1am . breakfast good variety, but coffee, I'm sorry to say that was very mild.

The property is literally across the street to the entrance to the airport, so that was extremely convenient. There is zero stress about getting from the hotel to the airport!
Aaron and Ray were very pleasant and welcoming when we checked in late at night. They immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of, not only well-representing the property, but also the hotel chain, the brand, and their city.
They were also proactively sympathetic to our situation, where we had 2 adults and 1 child sharing a double bed, and upgraded us to a double plus sofa bed without us even asking. We're very appreciative of that!
Complimentary hot breakfast was excellent as well. Thank you, team!

Awful, next door was having a party, the noise was so bad I could hear it with earplugs in, phone to reception didn't work but they did come up and ask them to keep it down. It carried on so I moved rooms but it is a noisy hotel as a rule being an airport one, wouldn't stay here again due to this
