Holiday Inn DERBY - NOTTINGHAM M1, JCT.25, an IHG Hotel

The hotel needs some updating. Should have charger points by the beds. Noisy doors, so kept awake until 1am Breakfast was good, although no gluten-free bread was available, just pre packed rolls.

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly as it’s handy to the M1, staff are always very friendly but the thing that lets it down is the tired rooms, there’s clearly been an upgrade to reception/bar/dining but rooms need updating

Perfect location, very reasonable price, excellent staff. Breakfast was decent and very much worth the £80ish a night we paid.

Good location handy for Wollaston hall

I stay at this hotel quite regularly & the staff are always really friendly & helpful. Over the last couple of years there’s clearly been an upgrade to reception & the bar/dining area but unfortunately no money has been spent on the rooms… they are tired & not in great shape with chips out of the doors & carpets could go with a good clean, they just need a revamp

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Room decor makes it look a bit like a care home. Noisy as doors slam shut.

Room was clean and well appointed. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with decent choice and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very accessible right off the M1 with lots of free parking for guests. Excellent value for the price.

All as expected.

Tiny rooms. Comfy bed. Not very warm - despite turning the temp up, the room never got warmer. TV aerial poor, and spent most of the time scrambled or with no sounds. Not up to usual Holiday Inn standards - I use these hotels frequently for work travel

Affordable stay for a concert night in Nottingham. Comfortable, clean and well priced. Near good public transport connections for the two nearby cities.

Despite the proximity to the M1 the hotel was quiet and comfortable The water was really hot- even on the lower setting

Nice but found a clump of hair on the shower wall - the cleaning inspector needs to drill the cleaner.

I William D. Cook was a guest on 9/21/2024 at Holiday Inn Derby-Nottingham. We were unfairly charged a Parking Fee Penalty of $102.00 USD imposed upon us VIA Hertz Rental Car from the Holiday Inn Derby-Nottingham. We also recharged our Electric Car over night while sleeping.
