Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel

I ended up getting an upgraded room for a little more which was great, however the room spelled like damp mold. Plus there was a cigarette butt in the sink drain. Over all the room felt gross. But it was late and did not feel like making a fuss. I will not be staying here again, very disappointing.

Myself and daughter have thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The room was lovely. There are no words for the view from our room window. Had a nice meal in the lounge. Thankyou to all staff. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Cheap hotel and enjoyed the day, good pubs near by!

No towels in the room and as no phone in the room, made several attempts to call the whatsapp number which was not answered. No best experience to dry post shower with paper towels and have reception shrug shoulders when you inform them on checkout

I gave a 3 only because there was no toilet brush which I like to see and the sink was blocked which was annoying also no fan in bathroom which isn’t great as there are absolutely no windows in the room and the room did smell of sweaty feet. I had an issue finding the parking which I did get stressed about and the lads in reception did try help but when I asked if anyone could could out and help me her reply was I can’t leave the building but there I called in and asked a gentleman he came out and directed me which was nice of him and he checked me if fine too was very informative on area when I asked where things were. It is a lovely hotel and bar area is nice and restaurant and breakfast was lovely had to ask for fried eggs and mushrooms but overall really good choice. Decor was nice in building very up to date.

The staff at reception are welcoming and helpful, the hotel rooms are spacious enough for a pleasant stay, the location is brilliant to see the sites of Liverpool

Lovely room, staff were excellent

The staff were very professional and amiable. The hotel and room smelt nice on arrival, looked clean and the facilities were good in the room. Kieran on the front desk, greeted us on arrival and was friendly, professional and great sense of humour. Sadly he didn’t meet us for a drink on our hen do at 3.30☹️😂 Great stay, location perfect for the docks and centre. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Could do with a jet wash on the outside but inside is very clean. Doors are loud in the rooms

The hotel is very old and service level is poor. The bathroom basin was blocked and I had to ask for repair multiple times. Also, I got a ticket for having my car minutes (not even an hour) more than 24hr stay in the parking which is not actually hotel parking and not acceptable at all. The other parkings price in the location is the same and they provide better services.

The staff at reception were really nice and friendly, hotel was clean, the room was fine except for the really uncomfortable bed which squeaked and im pretty sure there were springs sticking up, the breakfast was awful really not worth £13!

Nice room but took two phone calls and an hour and a half for someone to come and sort the heating out. Instructions talked about Mode button - no button labelled mode and hard to see the symbols as room light poor. Otherwise a nice stay, staff very pleasant.

Stayed for one night. Check in ok nothing special. Room lovely and bright. Nice and clean. Configuration a bit odd. Akward bathroom lay out. Bed wasnt comfy. Good hot drinks making facilities and mini bar a bonus. Views were amazing .

Property and rooms dated. Bedrooms and bathroom small. Shower has plenty of power, but in a bath.

It's a fantastic property location wise it's ideal. Staff incredibly helpful

very kind and helpful staff, we were able to leave our luggage with them until our room was ready
