The Hotel is perfectly located, the views from upper floor rooms are breathtaking, but It is quite worn out and squeecky everywhere.
The staff is somewhat careless(negligent) and seems like they are not motivated anymore to provide an excellent service.This iconic property has so much more potential if renewed and revived.

Overall an excellent stay a couple of very minor issues …no shower gel in shower .. no biscuits with tea or coffee ..lack of iron &board that would have been helpful ….breakfast was plentiful with great selection ..
Will definitely stay again good value

Recetion area lovely, room wasnt so nice, mould in bathroom, sink smashed ticking noise in bathroom, air con noise outside on roof top we looked over going day and night

Stayed there over 20 times over many years. Getting old and tired now, kinda shocked this past stay that no removation has been done - carpet’s dirty, paint chipped, etc. Cmon Millenium, you’ve got a fear location, make your property reflect it.

Stayed in many of millenium properties around the globe but this one looked tired and dated.
Light switches were overly worn and the room being a superior room, the bed was two twins together with a noticeable groove.
Overall, the hotel was good but needs attention.

Awful stay. The towels were stained, there was an unbearable noise, empty shampoo bottles in the shower, with freezing cold water. The air con/heating didn’t work so the room was cold too. Only one of the lamps in the room was working, so it was almost impossible to do anything after dark. The phone connecting to the staff also didn’t work. I have put in a complaint to the app, to request a refund for my honestly abhorrent stay, but they have not replied. Disgusted all round.

OK for one night, but the hotel has deteriorated since our last stay over a year ago. The a/c was not working. The curtains wouldn’t close & there was no shower gel in the dispenser. We had to sleep with the window open. Luckily we were on the 6th floor. Breakfast is hit & miss. It’s OK but vegetarian options are thin on the ground

Good location for an overnight in London, 3 min walk to Knightsbridge tube and Harrods. It’s getting a little tired around the edges but given the location it fine.
However, the check in staff need some customer service training. Had to wait 10 min to check in but no apology for the wait. Our room had no bedside light on one side because the cables had been ripped out of the plug and the plug removed. Didn’t discover until gone midnight, but reported it when we checked out. Check out staff then criticised us for not reporting it earlier and made us in the wrong for not calling maintenance. Seriously??? Eventually got a begrudging apology muttered under her breath. Who’s paying who here?

The staff were not friendly and the rooms are very dated and in need of redecorating the shower gel shampoo etc was empty. Breakfast was nice and the location very central and handy for most things

Staff was first rate, very polite and professional. The rooms are a bit tired. Room was clean but worn. Of the two I will always take clean. Sliding door on bathroom was peeling and cabinet doors had broken hinges. I informed the front desk when leaving and they apologized and thanked me for letting them know. Included breakfast was extensive with many hot and cold choices
