Room was very noisy. AC was making a very loud noise at night all along my corridor Hôtel promised to fix it 3 times, then promised a partial refund. But didn’t deliver on either. There for work and very bad nights’ sleep. Otherwise hôtel nice, if a bit disirganised

Very small and dated room not accurately reflected in the photos shown. However it was clean with good air conditioning. Location was fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well as the tube station.

I had previously reviewed the property in March, to which the hotel responded and asked me to contact them when booking to allow them to showcase their upgraded rooms. So I did......
The room 'upgrade' looked pretty, was spacious etc but the same issues remain and the upgrade is a lick of paint and new chairs.
The main issue was the air con - which a staff member admitted just doesn't work. They need to remove it from their amenities. It was 25.5 degrees in the room and they suggested a fan or opening the window.
I ended contacting Expedia who managed to have the staff engage with me and two hours later offered me a different room (an un renovated room) which was cooler as the window was open but still no working ac.
They offered no partial refund, just looked blankly.
Location is great, but doesn't hit standards of other radissons.

The staff are very good. The breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel needs refurbishment as it is starting to look worn.
The room was basic. The mattress was terrible. There was no working fan or way to cool the room.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Extremely rude staff at check in and a filthy room that hadn’t been cleaned with a soiled toilet. Extremely loud AC kept me up all night and ancient bathrooms and fixtures worse than a motel. I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I’d give zero stars if it was possible. Phone in room doesn’t work either to call downstairs and had to call with my cell phone to get WiFi password. TV turns on and off by itself. Disaster

the room was ok but the bathroom is so small and and i was not comfortable of an old painting of a person in the room . I felt like its looking at me, the elevator was the smallest elevator i've ever been like only 2 person can accomodate I understand it's an old building, but overall the staff are so friendly even at the restaurant.

The family room was spacious enough. The hotel staff were nice, offered storage of luggage. Very close to the train station with places to eat and drink. The area is one of our favorites in London. Recommending this place to others.

Clean and tidy hotel. Brilliant staff. TV didn't work in room and they moved us to a bigger room straight away. Comfy beds, although the air conditioner was so old and loud you couldn't have it on overnight.
