Absolutely disgusting

Not clean and located on dual carriageway so very noisy

Breakfast very expensive compared to rate of hotel. Not clean at all, located on busy dual carriageway.

The stay was not good. Reception was clean and staff were polite. However the room was disgusting. There was an odour that we couldn't shift even with opening the window all night. The wall and flowers extremely dirty. The bed, even though the size was good, there was no comfort and we didn't really sleep. Agiwith cleanliness, the shower was awful and very dirty. If we didn't have to drive for several hours then I would not have used it. We asked if there was an alternative room but apparently the hotel was full, yet I didn't really see many people and there were only about 30 other cars. Hotel rooms needed lots of TLC. The place itself had no atmosphere. Felt a bit like the hotel in The Shining.

Arrived and was put in room 101 a dirty room with a used bed, rubbish on floor and in bin with broken safety latch. Asked to be put in a new room to be met with comments of “ you weren’t deliberately put in an uncleaned room, housekeeping must have missed it!” Moved to room 317 again safety latch was busted door rattled badly huge gap between door and fixings seemed very insecure. Room was clean but shower was poor shower head needed replacing meaning one dribbling volume of water that dribbles into corner. Tried internet password it didn’t work, rang front desk they gave me the password again, still didn’t work. They said to leave it with them ad they would sort it out, never heard from them again. Very poor experience all round

Really poor room stayed a week and checked in one day lTe and left one day early shower was leaking mouldy skirting

Well it’s was a nice stay but the bathroom smelt of damp. Also when having a shower the water was going into to the floor so there was no shower curtain to protect the floor. I had to use floor towel and small towels.

Absolutely disgraceful site. No button to flush the toilet. AC not working. Heating not working. No doors on the cupboard. Foul smell. Honestly i would never expect this to be a Ramada, i’ve stayed at many’s

The room was too small and dirty. AC wasn’t working. The room had a strange smell and poorly lit.

So we arrived they then told us if you pay cash then you have the give us £50 cash to hold till you go. We asked why we were not told they then said they had no idea. They put the cash in an envelope and said we could collect it on departure. On departure we went to collect it and they said sorry we only have £40 in notes and gave rest in 10p pieces. Their cleaners were very noisy. Good value for money hotel. Breakfast very good value £8 and well cooked too. Eating places very near to hotel.

Checkin is not friendly Heating wasn’t working in room. Spare heater didn’t work. Bed is very uncomfortable Shower didn’t warm up

Was a nice simple short 1 night stay, only downside for me is that the WiFi signal was terrible, this includes both my mobile data and the actual WiFi for hotel ghests

Rooms are out dates , the hall way looked like someone had done half a job on plastering and re painting. The bed was very uncomfortable. Hole in carpet room 216

Rooms shown were in need of modernisation.

Amazing hotel for the price!

Rooms were tired and needed refreshing.

When i checked in last night get the room key open the door was shocked i am in a hotel or a hut on the road room no 205 door handle was broken all screws were coming out and door was not locking properly. Went back to the reception told them and young boy came with me to check and he saw the door is broken and said dont worry its ok will lock when you push i was very upset and said i dont want this room with broken door and he was arguing with me all the way back to reception saying nothing wrong with the door i said please show me other rooms if all the doors in your hotel are broken like this i will take the room. I was struggling to get the other room very bad service and the girl on reception said nothing wrong with the door i said you sitting down stair and he have seen the broken door screws coming out why you guys are behaving like this and after all this she gave the other key and i went bavk upstairs to the room and then that key didn't work i have to come back agian to the reception. Very upset about the service first time book ramada and very bad experience will not book again

Staff friendly on arrival we was there a hour before check in so left our car in the car park and went to our family, checked in later. Noticed that the flooring wasn’t 100% and the shower didn’t get very hot .

The rooms battered and dated. Dried blood pillow case chunk of wall missing. Bed very uncomfortable
