It was so comfortable, clean and the staff were amazing. Very friendly atmosphere and we can’t thank Paul and CJ for all their help and information.
The food was lovely and plenty of it.
We were made to feel so welcomed and the location was just right.
Will definitely visit again in the future.

We stayed for one night, greeted by Paul, who was friendly and helpful. Provided us with all the info we needed for our stay.
Breakfast was good, basic choices of continental and full English. Good quality fresh produce used.
Hotel itself is a little outdated however it was clean, towels in bathroom nice and thick, and products as in shampoo etc in shower. Free parking and plenty off it. Everything we needed for one night and more reasonable than the local Premier.

First time staying at this hotel. Clean and accessible. Excellent service particularly from Michael and Paul ( chef) . Will definitely re visit.
Would have appreciated a grab rail in shower cubicle, but that was only omission.

This hotel ticked almost all of the boxes. It was clean and comfortable, a good price, the staff were very pleasant..
It would have benefited from having a fully equipped bar, and providing an evening meal.
The nearby pub covered those areas, so not a big deal.

it's a good basic hotel, staff are friendly. The only downside was the hotel is in the countryside and easy to miss if driving at night, and if staff forget to put outside lights on.

I have trouble walking and the lift was out of order on arrival. Not to worry, the sevice team swapped our first floor room for a ground floor more accessible one as soon as they saw the problem. Thank you so much for for your kindly intervention. We had a good night sleep and the breakfast was outstanding. This set us up for the ferry journey to the Isle of Wight. Superb!

Beautiful property. The host, Paul, was incredibly helpful and polite. He helped us find a meal for the evening and the recommendation was spot on. The room was lovely and well set out and we both had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was vast with a lot of choice and was just the jump start needed for the day. All in all, we had a fantastic nights stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Paul for everything.
