We were at the front of the hotel with great views oh the heath. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was top quality One small thing to improve, it was a pain having to take the soap from the sink into the shower and vise versa.

Brilliant location, we were visiting the o2 and it worked really well. Train station is close by if arriving by train. Comfortable bed, clean and breakfast included was a bonus

The hotel looks grand from the outside and the staff were very pleasant. My room was comfortable, but felt dated and, although not a major issue for me, the signal for the TV kept breaking up. The restaurant was bright and airy, serving a very good choice of food and the waiting team were excellent and attentive in the evening. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as everyone appeared at the same time, but good choices available. Parking was tight, so would recommend arriving early to get a space.

Hotel is right across from a beautiful park area with a lovely church. Well connected by bus. Breakfast was included. And very good. With wonderful table settings. Staff very friendly. Overall very pleasant stay Only thing to note, parking is tight, and limited We got lucky and found the old last spot. If not have to find parking elsewhere

The TV from the next bedroom could very clearly be heard through the walls as we went into our room that night. We had to bang on the wall and luckily they turned it down slightly so with ear plugs in we did sleep. We were woken early 5am by pigeons on our wall outside despite pigeon deterrents in place.

I had a room with a lovely view across the heath. The room was immaculate and comfortable. It was a very warm night, and I was glad for the fan and managed to stay cool. In the morning, I opened the window to let in cooler air and went out for a run. And on my return, a pigeon had taken up residence and was sitting on my bed! I mentioned this at reception on checkout, and the young lady was uninterested—such a shame, as the total lack of engagement tainted the whole stay.

Single night stay. Very comfortable bed. Thr room and bathroom are a little dated with a real key to open the door but was very nice. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was excellent ......with a fabulous pot of tea. Serving staff were brilliant. Parking available onsite was a great feature too

This is the 4th time staying at the Clarendon Hotel and once again it was excellent. From the booking in at reception all the staff throughout our stay were amazing. The cleaning of our room 171 was done daily to high standard, the staff in the restaurant were always helpful as were all the hotel staff, 10 out 10 for all the staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room (a suite) was huge and comfortable. We booked the suite to get the larger bed, but not expecting the room to be as large as it was. A pleasant surprise! The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each morning before sightseeing. The location was nice too, right across from the observatory and prime meridian. A tube station was a few minute walk away, and easy to access. We had a car rental, which easily fit in their front parking lot. It was easy to exit the city too, since we were already away from the busiest part of London. Each person we spoke with at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was superb,the staff were very helpful and polite. The room I had(143) was rite above reception which you could hear people if you are a lite sleeper but it didn't go on all night apart from that i would stay again nice hotel.
