The Queens Hotel Lytham

Had an excellent stay at The Queens hotel. Staff very friendly, easy check in and a superb breakfast. Stayed in the double room, no views except of the back of the hotel but that didn’t bother us as we hardly spent any time in there. A 1 minute walk into town and parking was on the nearby streets. Would highly recommended staying here and would definitely stay again.

Comfy beds, a good choice of food on the menus if you are a meat eater. Not much of a choice of vegetarian meals. Staff super friendly

Staff very accommodating. Only booked day before, twin room booked. Found room slightly small could have done with an easy chair for relaxing whilst taking turns in bathroom. Found room slightly noisy overnight due to be over kitchens. Sounded like a fan was on all night. Would book again but a different room. Good breakfast, staff very polite and friendly and would recommend. Local to town.

Didn't like all the stairs to bedroom on top floor

It was a very pleasurable stay in a lovely hotel. The room was great and very comfortable. It also had a very well stocked tea and coffee section. We also had a very tasty breakfast included in our stay, which was served by very friendly members of staff.

Small room but clean. Could do with a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. Nice breakfast

We liked the cosy feel and atmosphere of this small hotel ( only 16 rooms) The staff were friendly, very helpful & attentive. The breakfasts were very good & we loved the view from our room. The check in was a bit muddled . This was because the check in desk is the same as the check in for people who have booked meals & it was very busy as it was Mothers day! It wasn't a problem & was quickly sorted.

Visiting Lytham for the weekend and thought we would stay at The Queens as its central for Shops, Restaurants and Beach. Staff friendly and breakfast is lovely with plenty of choices at no extra charge. However the bar area gets extremely busy and nowhere else to go in Hotel if you just wanted a quiet space. Luckily we had plenty of things planned for the weekend as sitting relaxing in room was not an option. Reluctant to return to room as it was pretty depressing. Room 10 is a glorified cupboard with one chair which I had to clean !! Shower was a total joke !! Contemplated moving to The Clifton Arms , probably go there next time👍

This hotel is really great. It may look a bit tired from the outside but ince in through the doors the decoration, atmosphere and warmth of it and the staff would be hard to beat. The room we stsyed in was small but perfectly formed which was as expected due to the description when we booked and again decorated to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was good.

Very enjoyable stay

I have visited 4 times with friends and family, normally in the twin room or family room. The evening restaurant staff are so keen to be of assistance. Food well presented and breakfast excellent.

Stayed 1 night. Good room with sea view. Slept well and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all helpful. Would stay again.

One night, midweek stay at a bargain price. Small room but comfortable enough, tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets provided. Best cooked breakfast, ever! Great location.

Just had a great stay at the Queens there is nothing we can fault about it The locations great the food is delicious. It has a really nice feel to it and that's down to the staff who are genuinely friendly and can't do enough for you definately our favourite place in Lytham.
