A lovely little hotel just minutes from town centre, full with lovely friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing, from the communication before the stay to the second we checked out. Loved our stay so much. Tracy was so lovely and friendly and really welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again!

The room was clean, staff very helpful before stay, informing me of places I could dine nearby. Unfortunately the room was very hot, I was unable to alter the thermostat. There was a fan in the room, so I presume this is a common complaint.

We booked this at the last minute and was not disappointed whatsoever. I a good position to go into Chester, close to everything. The room was very good indeed and the staff we brilliant.

Lovely stylish, comfortable clean room. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay then this is the place for you. A good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk in the mini fridge.

Hotel was ideally situated for the town centre, the accommodation was 5 star

Very relaxing stay, car park is ok but very tight for my big fat car. Location is great for visiting Chester. Very modern fittings within a charming old town house - best of all worlds for me.

A lovely high class establishment close to the City Centre. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent all round. No dining/breakfast facilities but a wonderful cafe near by called ‘Chalk’ that I would recommend. Great room, service and location. I will be back!

Lovely boutique hotel, large room and very helpful staff.

Absolutely immaculate property. Superb room, fantastic facilities in the room, coffee machine, fridge with fresh milk and water, DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, The White Company toiletries, ear plugs, cotton wool, cotton buds, shower cap, smart TV. We had an outstanding stay, Tracy was fabulous at check in and the following days. Added bonus was the free parking, early check in and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants, we would not hesitate to recommend and we would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at the seven was fantastic. The service was great and the room was lovely. The only thing that would have improved it was a bigger bed. Being used to a king size at home, the double felt quite small. Other than that though the stay was faultless and we would definitely return.
