Vignette Collection THE HALYARD LIVERPOOL, an IHG Hotel

Fantastic stay at The Halyard Liverpool, for a surprise trip for my partners birthday. The hotel is gorgeous and our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The staff in reception were all lovely and made us feel very welcome on arrival. Would recommend!

No parking near ... rooms are extremely small...new hotel with ok service

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and good value with a comfortable queen size bed and lots of pillows. In a convenient location for sightseeing during our stay in Liverpool. The staff were polite and helpful. Only downside was that they had vegan spread for the toast and im not keen on the vegetable sausages but everything else was perfect.

Cool comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic shower. Close to everything. Only drawback is the $40 breakfast.

Excellent hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, located just steps from Liverpool’s main attractions.

Modern, very clean, comfortable. Situated in a quiet area yet so close to the main shopping area (Liverpool ONE) with a good choice of restaurants and bars only a few streets away. Short walk to the historic docks.

I was suitably impressed. Hotel and staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend a stay here to anyone

Great location and design

The main reason for giving a 10 is that the room was excellent. It was a very modern, boutique style room with really comfy bed and luxurious duvet, and the shower was spacious with a waterfall head as well as a separate shower handle. But also, we received a warm welcome from the staff on reception, including a spicy chocolate drink handed to us. Breakfast was tasty with continental buffet as well a cooked choice, plus hot drinks and juice brought to us as much as we liked. Bar staff were friendly and accommodating too.

Lovely welcome from all staff, room was best we’ve ever had for a city centre hotel. We weren’t happy that we couldn’t get a coffee or an espresso martini cocktail at the bar at 10pm , told coffee machine had been turned off. Girl behind bar was lovely and apologetic but her manager was a very rude lady. We were also annoyed to have 4 knocks on our door in the morning from maintenance and from housekeeping. Checkout is 12 noon so we should have been left alone until then.

They offered laundry service,items accepted only to be told next morning couldn't be done.Very disappointing.Reception very poor.Billy who seems to be a concierge possibly was a great member of staff.

Good location to city centre. Lights could be brighter in bathroom area. Overall a good hotel

A really lovely hotel. The room was spotless with really stylish decor and everything you could need for your stay. Free drinks, tea, coffee and snacks. A really comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet in the room as it overlooked the street. Breakfast was very good. Great coffee. Staff so friendly and attentive. I was travelling alone and felt really safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

From checking in to leaving the staff were very friendly ready to help ,the room was lovely very comfortable the room was spotless. Breakfast this morning was fresh very tasty, their is nothing that i could say was bad,will definitely be coming back
