Staff was outstanding, both personable and helpful. And the breakfast layout and food quality was very good. Room was small but clean and in very good condition. I am a walker and got to city center easily that way, though trams went right by the hotel, and Uber made a very quick pickup when I used it to get to the airport. The only thing that I would have liked otherwise is a gym.

Was a nice hotel, great breakfast options, quiet. Lot of groups of ‘homeless’ individuals & saw people taking drugs on the corner. Didn’t feel overly safe in some areas

This hotel is far from the Helsinki city center! You will have to take a 30 minute tram ride to get to where most would go in the city! Be prepared to spend taxi and tram money! I would highly recommend staying somewhere else if you are coming to the Finnish capitol as a tourist or for business! The front desk staff found it amusing when I pointed this out!

A tidy hotel, exactly as you would expect from a Scandic. Well located just outside the main city centre. Room and shower room were very clean. Breakfast was good but felt crowded, particularly in Covid times.

Have stayed here before and will again I hope. Hotel staff are lovely, area is great for cheap drinking and eating and hotel itself is clean and well located. The breakfast is also really great.

I found the staff helpful and English speaking,the room and bathroom were small.there was no kettle in the room and none supplied unless you were in a superior room,Breakfast very good but cramped seating area.30min walk to centre,trams good and stop outside.be advised the hotel is a couple of streets away from stripclubs and massage parlours and is in an area where students are located.basically you get what you paid for.it has also been refurbished.
